Such a lovely pub, really friendly staff and a yummy roast. Only downside was unfortunately all the Yorkshire puddings were quite over cooked but the potato’s were DELICIOUS - not crispy potatoes but great flavour! We had the roast pork belly and they were great serving sizes and all the veggies were really yummy. Was a really nice evening!

Buckingham Arms is a solid Westminster pub. It is busy on a Thursday night and offers the usual atmosphere, service, range of drinks, and food which is to be expected in this area. The place is decorated quite nicely, there is a lot of adornments on the walls. Toilets functioned ok as I recall.

Had the best last pit stop on our layover in London and this place didn’t disappoint! The location is perfect if you are visting buckingham palace as it’s walking distance. Also the fish and chips is one of the best if not the best I’ve ever had! Also the gentleman that served us was very friendly and accommodating! Thanks for making our last stop in London an amazing experience!

I ate vegetarian throughout London just to prepare for a Sunday roast day. We happen to come upon Buckingham Arms during a walk around the Buckingham Palace area and just had to stop in (the Spritz specials caught my eye as well as the locals out front having pints). As soon as I walked in and saw a couple digging into a huge Sunday Roast platter (The King Sunday Roast), I was hoping there was a table for us. We settled on sharing a Queen Sunday Roast. It was perfect!! Every bit as delicious as I had hoped for. I saw many pub signs for “The Best Sunday Roast” during my 5 days in London. I don’t know about what the other pubs served but Buckingham Arms had one of the best things I ate in London. The staff— exceptionally warm and friendly. The atmosphere— traditional and authentic—- and clean!! Unexpectedly inexpensive. We will make it a point to come back, Jim!!

We had a fantastic experience at The Buckingham Arms and a big part of that was thanks to Jim, our server. We arrived just minutes before the kitchen closed, but Jim welcomed us with genuine warmth and made sure we didn’t feel rushed. He helped us place our full order in time and even guided us in picking out a great ale to go with our meal. Everything from the bangers and mash to the sticky toffee pudding was incredible and Jim’s service made the night even better. He was friendly, professional and made us feel truly looked after. Thanks again, Jim!

We had one of the best Sunday roasts at the Buckingham Arms. From the moment we arrived and were shown to our table in the beautiful dining room with huge windows to the excellent service by the wait staff and of course the perfectly prepared roast with all the trimmings, this was exactly the experience we were looking for and Roast delivered on all counts.

Amazing pork Sunday roast, huge portion and lots of flavour. The waiter was also super sweet and helped me choosing a beer that I would like. We were a big group and there was not a single fault to the good or the service. Sticky toffee pudding super tasty!

Great atmosphere, friendly service. Not too busy. Was looking for a mellow place to relax for a bit and this place was perfect. Short walk to the Palace. Lamb shank pie was just perfect for lunch. Had a great stout and was able to relax. Will come again.

The burger here is fantastic - hats off to the chef. Really good bar across from the barracks. Love the outside ledge for leaning on. Staff are decent too.
