   It’s disappointing to read this review, particularly as I was also in the pub that evening. I don’t want to comment negatively on the state of anyone in the party as these things can and do happen — but I do feel it’s important to be fair to the landlord. From what I witnessed, he bent over backwards to help the person in the group who clearly needed support, handling the situation with care, discretion and genuine kindness. He made the group feel welcome while calmly explaining that one person would not be served, and very sensitively suggested it would be best for her to get home. He even offered to order her an Uber. With regard to the toilets, there were three ladies already waiting to use the facilities at the time, which resulted in a long wait as others queued. (One woman was so desperate that the landlord went out of his way to clear the men’s toilets so she could use them immediately). It would be a shame for these efforts to be overlooked, as they reflected a genuine commitment to looking after his customers and maintaining a respectful, well-run pub.

   AVOID!!! Me and my work colleagues came here for some drinks and was having a lovely evening. However, as the night went on one guy behind the bar was staring us down and being very hostile. Me and my friend went into the toilet which is TINY with only one loo. The guy proceeded to bang on the door shouting at us to get out, I asked why as we had only been in there for 2 minutes and he said there was a queue, as I walked out there wasn't a single woman waiting. Honestly the most horrible and vile man i've ever met in my life and so intimidating towards us.

   A lovely small traditional pub. Service was friendly and quick from a young lady, who also remembered the details of our drinks for each round. Cask beer was lovely and keg beer choice was good too. The wine wasn't any good but it never is in a pub. We stayed for 2-3 hours so that says something.

   Have lived in London my whole life and wandered past this pub many many times , so tonight I thought I’m going in. Lovely cosy pub with traditional feel not all Farrow and Ball like so many pubs these days , service was great charming young lady , beer was cold , what more could I ask for definitely coming back.

   Just a great pub, really friendly bar staff, particularly the girl behind the bar who couldn’t be more helpful. Love Tayto crisps and the landlady makes wonderful sausage rolls.

   The Kings Head is a gorgeous pub set in the heart of Marylebone. It is just like jumping back a few decades in time. Gentle, soft, traditional are the words I would use to describe the place. It has let the world go by whilst continuing to offer a real honest service to it's customers. Well done the staff for this one. Great place.

   Visited this pub back just before the first covid lockdown and simply had to leave a positive review. Great cask ales and lagers on tap. Food is outstanding too. The service I received is what left a lasting impression. An outstanding pub that's well worth a visit if you happen to be venturing in and around the city.

   A quiet hidden gem of a pub. Mostly locals with a cozy and friendly atmosphere. If you want to grab a cozy pint or glass of whiskey to wind down the hectic day, this is the place.

   Lovely, friendly, old fashioned back street boozer - not many in this area like it. Staff and regulars welcoming and chatty. Good selection of Gin!! Highly recommend.
