To express my utter disgust and disappointment following a recent visit to this venue. We won Β£100 on the slots, only for the machine to freeze before we could withdraw our winnings. The manager assured us that the company managing the machines would come to sort it out. Naturally, nobody turned up. Despite repeatedly asking the manager to resolve the issue, we were met with the same tired excuse: they were busy, so leave a phone number, and they would call and transfer the winnings. Predictably, nobody ever called. This is an absolute disgrace for a company supposedly reputable β it beggars belief! To add insult to injury, we were celebrating a birthday and frequently ordering drinks and food through your app. The staff were utterly useless, constantly forgetting items, forcing us to go to the counter repeatedly to chase up what was owed. Their attitude was nothing short of disgusting. This experience has left us seething and incredibly disappointed.

Even though its in the leafy suburb of Muswell Hill, they've managed to maintain that stale, sweaty smell that is synonymous with a Wetherspoons. Set in a building that was a dairy, at one point in the past, the inside is spacious; with a large indoor area, spread over two floors, and a mezzanine outside area, pleasant enough in the Summer. A good, frequently updated range of beers, and a few ciders. However, their food is lacking, big style. The burgers, which were once a 'go-to' order if you found yourself in a Wetherspoons and hungry, were very obviously a cheaper version of the ones they've used before. They had a nasty taste, and you could literally see the lower meat content. My friend had a jacket potato which in places was still a bit hard. I know it's cheap, but you do kind of expect what you order to be palatable. In short, this place is OK if you (i) want a quick drink because you missed your bus out of Muswell Hill, (ii) are a poor student, who can't afford the nicer pubs in the area, (iii) want cheap food that, absolutely, definitely is not going to give you a bad stomach for several days.

How lovely the dish delivered through the weekend breakfast ! It is a decent and value for money selections you can choose from their long list. Donβt think that their foods are only expensive because of its look. I thought it so but it has been changed a while after I have joined the breakfast meals in here from few months ago. Quite warm welcome from the staffs and unlimited coffees and hot drinks at breakfast in the weekend. If you want to find some place to break your weekend with nice food, you can start from here. 4.2/5.0

Huge place, front and rear garden, 2 floors, delicious food, fast served, good drinks, the only downside Saturday 22nd March not sure why heating was ON and it was too warm inside especially on the 1st floor so we have moved down but we had a radiator behind our sofa too. Otherwise we had a great time.

Lovely all organic shop/cafe in muswell hill. They serve pastries, panini, coffees and cakes as well as a great selection of organic products for all your needs. The staff is lovely and very knowledgeable. They have a great variety of brands to choose from as well as fresh veggies and bread.

We come here regularly with family. It's our favourite pub & we always order the cod & chip. It's been good so far but the last 2 weeks the cod & chips are over fried & almost burnt. Cutlery was dirty. Didn't enjoy the food. But the beers always taste fantastic.

A fine, well presented offering from JDW. All you would expect from the brand. This a pleasant airy venue with plenty of seating for all, a lovely mezzanine to look over the goings on. Service was brisk, polite and welcoming. Beer was fine with ample offerings of cask and keg, also all other sorts of libations to enjoy. A fine, well kept establishment. If only men could be taught not to rip the taps off the wall in the cloakrooms! Evolution has clearly overtaken some.
