   Lovely evening meal at the pub, good quality food. The interior is relaxing and cosy, especially with the fire going and Christmas decorations. The service from staff was friendly and speedy. Would come here again for future London/Hammersmith visits!

   Gorgeous, comfy room with personalised touches. Beautiful toiletries. Clean and well maintained. Friendly helpful staff and tasty top-notch Sunday roast with perfect wine, and the best cooked breakfast. Lots of attention to detail that we really appreciated. It was quiet in the pub, not a lively atmosphere, which was surprising as it’s great food and relaxed, gorgeous surroundings. Maybe because it was a Sunday out of season? Would definitely recommend and visit again if in the area.

   Went there many times , but I will not go back again, small fly went in my drink , I couldn’t finish it. I stayed at indoor no clue there were so many small fly. I ordered 8oz bavette steak but they gave me rump steak and I asked for medium rare , the steak was taste like a rubber . Service was slow and unprofessional.

   Came here on Sunday and ordered the roast to share! It was honestly an amazing roast and the trimmings were really good! Only giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the beef was cold (?) didn't understand why as everything else was at the right temperature. The service was pretty good and everyone was really dedicated to make the experience a good one!

   Im here now , the staff is very rude and I paid 29,70 for 2 gin tonics . I ask to change the glass and the waitress change into a smaller glass and very rude!! Never came back here and is my local pub and very disappointing never going back. I wonder why this pub is empty and now I know why.

   The food was ok. Nothing overtly to clamour about. The flavouring was delicate but lacked that taste which when it hits your palate sends you on a whirlwind journey. It didn’t tell a story. The drinks were nice. Waiters not very attentive and the service lacked attentiveness. Cleanliness, lovely and clean but lacking in real atmosphere.

   Amazing Pub in the heart of west london! It’s looking amazing since the refurbishment!! Their breakfast is my favourite, it’s delicious and the hotel is beautiful. I would highly recommended to everyone :)
