Lovely pub, great outside area and atmosphere. When we first arrived we were served by two lovely gentleman after we went to get our second drink I hadn’t noticed but my wine had corked and as I noticed I went to the bar to promptly notify the bar staff. The lady with the pony tale was lovely but the other lady who seemed new to the job wouldn’t even look at the glass and was unwilling to accommodate or even at the least apologise for the dodgy wine. She then went on to look for the manager and when she couldn’t find them proceeded to ignore me the rest of the time I was at the bar even when I politely tried to ask for help she was increasingly annoyed and rude to me. Bear in mind this was only the house red and not a glass of one of there more expensive wines. Working in customer service myself I found this response frankly quite baffling. For me it wasn’t about the money but about the principle.

We held a celebratory late Sunday lunch at the Defector's Weld for 20 people. Tomas and his team were welcoming and friendly. They sent me the menu in advance so that our orders could be prepped and served in a timely fashion which they were. They produced a fine and generous Sunday roasts - all the meats (pork, beef and chicken) were cooked beautifully with well cooked (not over cooked) veg. They pub was not overcrowded or too noisy (to be fair, we were the largest group so probably the noisiest) and our table was in a lovely area with enough space around it to move around and chat. The staff were helpful and cheerful - thank you!

Good Sunday roasts. Very busy location on a corner near Westfield, so a lot of footfall from tourists and shoppers. Underwent extensive renovations fairly recently so is looking in good shape. Probably preferable to the place across the road which has a bit more of a sports bar type of focus. Often very busy; other places are likely to be quieter.

We had a fantastic time at your pub during our visit to London! I was so thrilled to find out you had gluten-free fish and chips! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and very enjoyable food!

This pub was such a great discovery for us! We had a delicious Sunday roast, excellent beers and food and a lovely atmosphere. The service was just perfect, the waiters were so kind with us! We will remember this experience and try to come back as soon as we can because everything was just great. Highly recommended!

I had a great easy going experience with the service here. The food was even better. Great place to grab a bite.

Nice pub super close to the O2 Shepherds Bush. Can be a bit busy when theres a gig on but clears out pretty quickly. There's a decent selection of beers and plenty of seating.

Nice looking place, and good for local gigs at the O2 empire. But the service was fairly average at best. One of the bar staff wasn't really interested in being hospitable or welcoming, basic levels of customer service not met.

Nice Young's pub that ticks all the boxes. Had a great couple of pints of Young's Original in here, though you can expect it won't be cheap, as per any Young's pub really. Still a nice place, if you're ever in the area. You can get a lot worse!
