   Amazing place! Adrian served us and was absolutely brilliant! He was attentive but not intrusive. Prices are good and Adrian made us feel very very welcome. Would 100% recommend for any size group of friends looking for a drink or dinner.

   Hosted my birthday here and I couldn’t recommend it enough. We were in the back garden room and the staff, particularly Michael, were very attentive making sure we were alright and there was clear communication from booking to the night of the party. Food was excellent and atmosphere was 10/10.

   had an amazing experience at The Sun! The food was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. A special shoutout to Adam, who truly made the visit exceptional. He was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His recommendations were spot on, and his warm personality made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service, I can’t recommend The Sun enough. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

   I hosted my 30th birthday party here and it was the most perfect venue!! I done a theme and they allowed me to come in a few hours before to set up as there wasn’t an event happening in the afternoon. The staff were amazing and accommodating. I ended up leaving a lot of gifts and my birthday cake over night to collect the next day and they covered the cake with cling film for me so it didn’t spoil. It’s a fabulous space with an outside area and own bar. We had Julia on the bar and she was 10/10. Just such a fabulous pub and venue! Thankyou so much x

   Nice place, great beer, good atmosphere. Startlingly posh, quite overpriced & the outdoor heaters only worked for 2 minutes at a time. No complaints but I wouldn’t go here to get drunk! (£££)

   You honestly cannot fault this place. The food was amazing and not expensive either for the quality and portion. Atmosphere was so nice and chill. The woman who served us provided great and efficient service. The chef needs a cook book because that food was out of this world. Would highly recommend!!

   Probably one of the worst roasts I have ever had. The food came out, the vegetables were completely raw. Had to send it back for them to send out another place with maybe 70% of the vegetables cooked. Manager did give us a couple of free drinks and 20% off the bill, but even when we wanted to order dessert before that, we were told a 40 minute wait on food. Nice pub, awful roast.
