Great service, and nice relaxed vibe on an early Tuesday evening. Decent selection of beers. Try the crispy chicken burger - so crunchy and the burger sauce is gloriously creamy and spicy.
Such a famous establishment in South London. A friendly welcome serving nice food, it’s really easy to order with the QR code. I will return one evening for the live music as there was none playing on the Sunday afternoon I visited. #southlondonforever
Very cosy atmosphere and the staff and lovely. Would definitely recommend trying the Sunday Roasts, but all other food is amazing also. I would recommend booking a table if you’re planning to visit in the evening or the weekend.
Nice evening out on a open mic night, lots of talent. The refurbishment of the toilets is so much better plus the outside and roof terrace has good adequate space, also the chicken taco's are delicious. It's just a shame to see the pool table go.
Best Sunday roast in Camberwell local pub.
The best pub in the area! It's cheaper, less crowded, nicer, and has better selection of beers than the others. Really great stuff! (No experience with food)
Having moved to the area this year, we’ve visited a few times now. They have a huge movie type drop down screen for sports in the front and nice back seating as well as 3 different garden areas. A small hidden rooftop to the back is very nice. We came by for a Sunday roast and it was amazing! We opted for the halloumi/butternut puff pastry veggie option. It was delicious and too much to finish it all! The price was great for the location. The music was great mix. Theres a wide selection of drafts and reasonably priced cocktails. I’d highly recommend stopping in for a drink or food or to watch a game.
