   I only came for drinks, and the service was great — really friendly and quick. The atmosphere was lovely and relaxing, perfect for having a good time with friends. The drinks were nice and well-made. Overall, a good place to chill for drinks.

   What a brilliant pub!! Unexpected on our walk, we dropped in expecting just to use the loos but were so impressed we stayed for lunch. Staff were exceptional, and the place has real character, with a theatre upstairs, bees in the garden (don’t panic!) and a beautiful fairy light dining room. Whoever is running this place .. greta job! Such a good vibe.

   Our first visit for dinner. Its well laid out, with the bar at the front and dining at the back. Choice of in or out dining weather permitting. Oh, and a theatre up stairs! The food was excellent and staff attentive. Pricing fair for London. The pub has a good atmosphere and the facilities are well maintained. We pre booked on line, but as it was a Monday evening it wasn't really necessary. We will definitely consider coming again.

   Superb sir down Sunday roast at this very nice pub/restaurant. Had the roast beef with all the fixings. Just a 3 minute walk from Kennington tube. On another warm sunny evening I really enjoyed sitting out back in the garden. We were served by Mow who really looked after us. I had three delicious Beef Wellington. Not cheap.. but was excellent.

   Had our Company Christmas Party here, although I have been here a few times being for a beer after work which is a lovely place with great atmosphere. The food I ordered was on the average side but their usual menu is much better. I believe due to the big parties around us as well made it dropped the quality down which was expected when there was probably 80 ppl crammed into the dining area excluding the bar area orders. Nonetheless the staff were helpful and handled everything well even though it was busy.

   Really great place to visit. Excellent well presented freshly cooked food. Staff very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Plus there's a theatre upstairs for extra entertainment.

   I love the vibe. I've had pre- and post-theatre drinks here. And, you can bring drinks to the show. All staff are super friendly. It makes you feel like one of the regulars with the local pub ambience. Further inside is a bright, big space for bigger groups and a cute beer garden at the back. I would like experience the food next time.

   Our impromptu Sunday lunch group booking was very kindly accommodated. The food here is sensational, and if we could have ordered one of every dish on the menu, we would have! The choice of wines, beers and spirits is excellent too. Service is exceptionally good. All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We highly recommend The White Bear.
