I’ve had the best experience with Ollie & Darsh. From phone calls to reception to actual appointments. I’m nearing the end of my journey & the whole experience has been very personable. I’m so happy with my results. 5 stars all the way.
This dentist is probably the best I've been to. The reception staff are really nice and friendly and the dentist are really good. They're is no upselling just brilliant dentistry and as for the hygienist I nearly fell asleep getting my teeth cleaned, unlike my last dentist where it was unbearable. The prices are very reasonable too . I thoroughly recommend them.
I started with the Invisalign brace which took just over a year, I now have my composite bonding. I just want to say how fantastic the team are at Ollie and Darsh from start to finish it’s been amazing they make you feel so at easy, I want to thank Paul Webster for making all this such an incredible experience I love my new teeth and Suzy for the support when needed reception staff and the dental nurses they are all fantastic Ollie and Darsh too thank you guys truly remarkable
We visited this dental practice to follow up on my wife’s Invisalign treatment, which she had started abroad. Dr. Ollie was incredibly honest and professional in explaining that their practice offers a different type of aligners and not the exact Invisalign treatment she previously received. He kindly recommended that we first look for a dentist who specializes in the same Invisalign treatment to continue her care and helped us find one. If that wasn’t possible, he offered to start a new treatment plan from scratch. I really appreciated the thorough explanation he provided about my wife’s situation. It was clear he had our best interests in mind. What truly stood out was that Dr. Ollie refunded us for the consultation, saying it wouldn’t be fair to charge us for a consultation that wouldn’t lead to treatment at his practice. Overall, we felt very comfortable with Dr. Ollie. His honesty, clarity, and professionalism make him one of the best, and we truly appreciate that.
A visit to the dentist is not something we particularly look forward to but was immediately put at ease when I came into surgery to a pleasant 'office' setting with nice seating area, receptionists are really friendly and I didn't need to wait long to be taken into treatment room by Ollie he was fairly relaxed and he explained what would happen throughout the dental assessment have had a couple of negative experiences at the dentist so was feeling a little anxious so we just chatted through process had a few x rays and photos taken of my mouth discussed treatment plan in detail costs was reasonable so have booked for extraction and feel confident that they will do everything possible to make. experience as comfortable as possible I felt I was treated as a person and not just another mouth on a treatment list so if you're feeling anxious bout going to dentist I would certainly recommend them!
I've just completed my Invisalign treatment. The whole process was straightforward and the staff at Ollie & Darsh were friendly and explained everything to me. My treatment took less time than expected with amazing results. I now feel and happy and confident with my smile which is now much straighter (and whiter). I will be coming back now for regular check ups and hygienist appointments as I really like the experience at the practice.
What a fantastic Team at Ollie and Darsh. I started my treatment in January with Ollie, the plan was to replace the bridge work and veneers I'd had fitted over 25yrs ago. Ollie talked me through the whole process and as someone who doesn't like having dental work done, he put me totally at ease. I am thrilled with the outcome and the colour is so natural. I have also had all my fillings replaced with white ones by Paul, who again has been amazing. I cant recommend Ollie & Darsh enough, thank you all for looking after me.
Excellent service from start to finish. They listen and understand what you want - they’re a diamond provider for a reason. I always receive a great service at Ollie and Darsh. Whether it’s to see the dentist, or the hygienist, I’m always treated in a friendly and professional manner by everyone. My teeth have never been so well care for! Brilliant!
Almost at the very end of my treatment, and I can finally say it’s all been worth it. It’s been a long process but I suppose they say good things come to those who wait. I’m absolutely delighted with my results and I cannot stop smiling. A few hiccups with appointments but Suzy and the staff have always gone out of their way to resolve anything, and that I really appreciate. Ollie is amazing. Really listened to what I wanted and he’s certainly delivered. I honestly couldn’t be happier. The staff are always lovely, and even though I have a prior fear of the dentist Ollie has always made me feel at ease. I can’t stop looking in the mirror I never thought I would have fully straight bright white teeth. And I’m over the moon, can’t thank them enough.
