   My boyfriend and I come to this pub quite often and there’s many reasons as to why. Firstly and most importantly the staff here are genuinely lovely and great, every time we’ve come here it’s been outstanding service from each and every member of staff. Secondly, the food is of great value and genuinely some of the best you can get in the area and not too long of a wait and a good selection. The atmosphere of the pub is nice too with a calm ambiance, the music isn’t too loud and the pub is always nice and clean.

   Have been a few times now and had the Sunday roast. Tried chicken and the lamb. Both was excellent. The atmosphere is always vibrant and chilled. Staff are all polite and friendly. The owner seems to go out of her way to know her customers and has a friendly manner. We'll worth a visit.

   We held a dear friends wake in this pub and the staff, manger and customers that did come up were very understanding. They supplied the food for us which was outstanding and not sandwiches which u get at a wake . I go to this pub all the time and have many gatherings in there. Many thanks for making a sad day, a great atmosphere where ppl got to meet after many years and feel loved

   Slightly different but lovely 19th century pub with an unusual decor of church pews and confessional booths. The pub has a wonderful open fire for those colder nights, and a nice selection of beers to be had.

   It has a really good atmosphere inside with or without patrons. Lovely decor, interesting people, service was fine, prices seemed cheap for London too. My friend went to the toilet and proclaimed they didn't smell at all which is always a good sign!
