Lovely pub, friendly staff, had a good family lunch. Good Beers. All reasonable priced

Not my favourite pub as very loud and slow. We came on a fairly busy Friday, but took over 30 minutes to receive our food & drinks ordered in-app. The staff did seem to be bustling, but I’ve never waited so long at a Wetherspoons. It’s also quite loud, as it’s a fairly open room with little sound deadening - so difficult to hold a conversation. No designated car park, but street parking in the area.

The food in general is not as good, but hot wings worked. The scampi could have been much better and the burger, although full of sauce felt a bit bland. Beer selection was good. Coffee was also good. The service was very good, cannot fault it at all. The atmosphere was generally ok, people were in good spirits but the general pub is a tad dated. But for what it is, overall it's a good option.

Good spoons. Normal in terms of interior. Smoking in the back is a bit odd as some tables are no smoking. The food is normal spoons food but it was cooked hot and tasted nice. Desserts were good too.

Very nice example of the Wetherspoons. Nice friendly staff and clean toilets. There’s a beer / smoking garden at the rear. Use the app to order if you don’t fancy queuing at the bar. Refillable tea/coffee for £1.49

This is my second visit in the last 3 weeks so will cover both. In terms of service, staff are friendly and helpful. The pub is generally always clean and as I went there for food find the tables are cleared quickly. The food is generally very good (for a weathersponns) but as I went for an all day breakfast found that the beans were dried out and a small portion size. The previous viist had no issues other than they had completely run out of your usual sauces. Overall, still a good place to go for a cheap meal and a drink (Alcoholic or otherwise)

An unusual and disappointing breakfast! Ordered the eggs Benedict which have had a few times before…. Today the Hollandaise sauce seemed a little strange…. In fact rather buttery! Upon feeding back to staff, we were told “it’s just how it’s coming out today” - now I’m sure the resident chef doesn’t have a mean task to heat up the pre-made mixture that they no doubtably receive…. But instead they decided to melt butter and pour all over… Thankfully they replaced the meal to a traditional breakfast instead as the eggs Benedict was simply inedible! But seriously….C’mon spoons your better than that! Just take it off the menu temporarily instead! Yuck!

Nice place, with a pleasant structure, normal food prepared without attention to detail (a burger without mayonnaise what burger is? But ... maybe they had run out of it?). For the new staff, however, we did not find ourselves at all well, they are not in the least trained nor professional and very poorly organized. Not to mention that they do nothing to keep the place in order, I don't think I'll go back there again, too bad because in the past we ate better and we were even better

I had been here three times. The food is good with reasonable prices. The waiters/waitresses were very friendly and always checked if everything is alright. I recommend this place for anyone who want to hangout with friends. However, I do not try any alcohol beverages yet.
