   A breath of fresh air for the Hampstead / Belsize area. While so many nearby pubs seem desperate to be seen as “gastro” — overpriced menus, forced décor and an air of self-importance — this place keeps it simple and gets it right. Relaxed atmosphere, proper prices, live football and genuinely lovely staff. It remembers what a pub is meant to be.

   Lively Greene King pub right by the Royal Free hospital in Hampstead. Good choice of beers and wines. Food menu is good. Service is friendly, brisk and professional. They have several TVs in different areas showing sports. It was busy with a range in ages from a toddler in nappies to a few that were 70+. I would happily return here.

   Had lovely lunch here today. Really nice atmosphere and friendly helpful staff. Especially pleased as there were several gluten free options for me. Tha food was of a high standard and very tasty. It was our wedding anniversary so good we could enjoy a lovely lunch together. Thank you

   Lovely pub. The staff are friendly and seem genuinely to enjoy working there. The beer is good with low alcohol options. The atmosphere is cosy and the music is not obnoxiously loud. I haven't tried the food, yet!

   Lively, friendly and spacious pub. Some outdoor seating to the rear. Good selection of drinks and food, mostly standard Greene King fayre. A couple of the 'on-tap' beers weren't available, but the available selection made up for it. Lots of tables. A few TVs showing different sports too.
