   We have a long standing (20 years plus) friends Christmas Party that is regularly attended by 50 of us. It is always a joyful event and we are very protective of it. So you can imagine that we are careful about where we have the event hosted We moved to The Vine in 2024 and returned (in itself a good indication of the quality of the venue) on Saturday 13th December 2025. Again the arrangements were spot on, the food excellent and the staff very friendly and efficient. We had a brilliant time, one of the very best from a series of excellent parties. I believe we are already booked in for 2026. Thank you all at The Vine. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

   Really pleasant establishment, nicely detached back from Highgate Road and quietly situated as a result. Lovely baked Camembert and Hummus both with some fresh baked bread bodes well and says small part of the menu we tried was really enjoyed. Alongside glasses of house red and charming function we visited makes a return likely! V.Nice

   We booked for our annual Christmas catch up and had a brilliant experience. From the pre-ordering, to the actual day the staff were helpful, friendly and made it a really great experience. The semi-private area we had was really lovely and we were able to really relax with the kids. The team on the day did everything they could to make us feel welcome and we will definitely be back!

   Me and my (now) wife decided to have our wedding celebration at the Vine as it is one of our faviourite North London pubs. From the very first conversation we had with Charli (general manager), we were blown away by how accommodating and excited she was for us.. she could clearly tell that she was trying to remove as much stress possible for us. We visited a couple of times to discuss the layout of the events area, and when we arrived on the day, Charli and the team had decorated it absolutely perfectly. We ordered some buffet style platters, all of which the guests loved. The staff were always attentive to any needs we had on the day, and it could not have gone smoother. It was a very affordable way to hold a wedding, but it still felt incredible special. Huge thank you to Charli and everyone at the Vine for being so great on such an important day! More generally, I love going to the vine for their drinks selection, big outdoor area, good food, sports on the TV and of course shuffleboard. I highly recommend it!

   A great pub set back from the main road with an outside terrace/garden area. Perfect for a sunny day. Deceptively spacious inside pub with a large dining and games area round the back. We visited around 1.30pm so the pub was pretty quiet which suited us after several hours walking in nearby Hampstead Heath. Food was excellent and friendly service. Would definitely come back again if in the area

   The Vine, 8.2/10 Cracking beer garden here. We turned up fairly early and didn’t get to experience it at it’s fullest. But it’s an absolute recommendation from us for a sunny day. The waiters in here took a fair while to get about to us, which was strange as it wasn’t too busy. We weren’t bothered though, happy to nurse a few in the sun and chat our usual breeze to anyone that’ll listen. We asked for the bill and were sat waiting for some time again. Usually, we aren’t the types to ask again and again but we were on a tight pub crawl schedule. Time to embrace our inner middle-aged men. There were no staff to be seen. Hmmm. Eventually found a hidden floor panel that led to a basement. Walked in to see all their staff members dressed in robes. Turns out they were using a South Londoner for a blood sacrifice to the pub gods in an effort to bring in more customers. Pretty good idea, actually. Put a 10 pound note in the tip jar and left. In fact, we think 8.2 is too low. Let’s bump that up to an 8.3 instead. Reviewed 22/06/21 on @northlondonpints Instagram.

   Can't recommend The Vine enough! We had our wedding meal in the Greene Room a month ago and it was fantastic! Ana totally took the stress out of planning it - we felt totally reassured to leave everything in her capable hands and weren't disappointed! The whole set up on the day looked beautiful, the food was great (so many positive comments from our guests!), the staff were lovely, and the shuffleboards added that extra bit of fun! Thanks again - we will be back! Cheryl & Daniel xx

   Had a beautiful Christmas Dinner at The Vine today. All the food and wine was excellent, portions were extremely generous and the service was also wonderful. All for 75 a head which is fantastic value for money. Would definitely recommend!
