A beautifully glamorous pub with a roaring fire and an offering of Sunday roasts! The beef roast came laden with plenty of meat and the veggie option was a mushroom wellington which comes with sweet potato in the middle. The Yorkshireβs looked like they were going to hit the ceiling ! The food was not incredibly hot when it reached the table, which was a bit of a let down. The real showstopper were the bloody Maryβs! Perfectly tart and spicy, Iβd go back just for them alone!

I went on a Sunday early evening. The first floor was packed full, the host at the door asked me if I was there for food or drinks. I was there for their famous Sunday Roast. The, he took me to a seat by the window counter. I had to go to the bar and order my Lamb Roast and a glass of Pinot Noir. The bartender was nice but we could barely hear each other. This place is small and loud. The food came out fairly quick. My lamb roast was delicious. It could have been a little hotter temperature wise, but everything in that plate tasted so good. The atmosphere is lively and vibrant. If youβre interested in karaoke, they offer that upstairs. I didnβt get a chance to check it out but by the sound I heard from downstairs, it sounded like people were having a blast there.

I canβt say that much about the food and service because we went on the Saturday night after midnight for clubbng! We paid 10 pounds per person! Whole floors were packed, but the second floor were the dj performance is even more! Overall, it was a good experience. Mostly they play R&B and the music is for teenagers but the dj managed to mix with songs from 2000s so it was a successful mix! The only issue is dance floor is w/o an AC which makes breathing difficult and you sweat a lot! Other than it, it was a good bar & clubbing experience! One more good comment I wanna put is that at some point some guys attempted to fight and security immediately controlled it although the place was hell packed! Good job!

What a beautiful venue! Walked in at 18:00 expecting a dead space, boy was I wrong. All tables in the pub were in use with an amazing buzz in the air. I came for a Neon Naked event upstairs which was an amazing space & great event. Will definitely be coming back. Amazing staff, great service.

We came here for a roast and were pleasantly surprised. We had a big group of us which they accommodated on a pretty late notice. We had a roast which they had a mixture of chicken, lamb and beef. The lamb was extraordinary, the portion size was great with a wide range of vegetables and meat and the Yorkshire pudding was huge. I also recommend the sticky toffee pudding. The staff were extremely friendly and the service was impeccable. The only slight downside was the price but it was worth it as the meal was fantastic.

I came here with my friends for the Sunday roast menu and it was good! It was a bit busy but for as busy as it was the staff were extremely friendly and attentive and regularly checked to see if we were okay. Their recommendations on food and drinks were spot on too. The pub itself is a little too dark and gloomy for my liking but I suppose thatβs what makes it unique. We were sat up stairs and I do feel the tables are quite close together but it was bearable. The food was lovely I finished my plate and the drinks were very nice. I would definitely return but probably opt to be seated downstairs as the upstairs is just too gloomy for my liking. Overall - good

We came here for the Sunday roast and it did not disappoint! All of the staff were so friendly, chatty and attentive. All of them asked how our day was going. The place was pretty busy and had a nice atmosphere with music. The pub itself had some old decor but it gave it that cosy old school vibe. It also had three floors and private karaoke rooms. The toilets were located on the ground floor and the top floor. Top floor toilets were clean and quirky. It also had a little garden area. I had the beef Sunday roast(Β£15.95) and my friend had the lamb Sunday roast(Β£14.95). We also had the sticky toffee pudding(Β£5.00). The menu was a good size with just the right amount of options. The meat was cooked perfectly and the gravy had a nice taste. The carrots and parsnip were just the right texture for me, soft but not overly soft. The potatoes could have been crispier but it wasnβt a problem. The dessert was tasty. The portion was good. I would say it was worth the money. Will definitely be revisiting.
