   Was very pleasant experience , man that looked after us today was lovely , knowledgeable,friendly and made an awesome mug of tea which was very welcome as I had come straight from hospital. I can't wait till Friday when my new matress comes, even got my hubby to do the sleep analysis bed. "Yes dear" Thank you would recommend this store to friends n family .

   We visited Dreams at the beginning of the month and were served by the lovely Lauren. From the moment we stepped into the store, she was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly kind. We explained our budget and what my nan was looking for in a bed. Lauren listened carefully and guided us through the options without ever making us feel pressured or trying to upsell. My nan can be quite nervous when out and about, but Lauren made her feel completely at ease. Her gentle, respectful approach turned what could have been a stressful experience into a genuinely pleasant one. In the end, nan purchased a bed and mattress, and absolutely loves them! Thank you, Lauren, you’re a credit to the team and made a real difference to our day

   Claire provided us with wonderful customer service and really pin pointed what I needed in a mattress. A pocket spring mattress had caused me some hip pains so I knew I needed a memory foam. Claire made this process all so easy. We tried and tested various mattresses and pillows, used the diagnostic tool and narrowed our search to 2 mattresses! I really liked that we were advised of all the information to make a choice that suited us. Loved this experience and would definitely recommend coming in to store to test a mattress before you buy. The in store assist really guides you to make the right choice too.

She guided us through the bed and mattress selection with calm professionalism and genuine care. What truly stood out was how wonderfully she engaged with our disabled autistic son. She showed patience, respect, and a confidence that helped him feel comfortable and included throughout the process. That kind of empathy isn’t just good service, it’s rare, and deeply appreciated.

   We've been looking for new mattress so popped in here ,really nice sales people they took time explaining different mattresses although we had idea what we wanted and after trying some we found the right one had a coffee and a talk and left very happy .

   Went in around 4pm yesterday (13/12) and the lady who helped me was absolutely brilliant. Unfortunately didn't get her name. I went in for a weighted blanket and she was extremely helpful. Excellent customer service, very friendly and just overall a great experience in store for me. The gentleman who was also there was very helpful as well.

   This place had more bedframes than any other store we visited. Not just diwans. The staff were helpful in showing us around and answering any questions. We changed our mind and wanted to cancel some side table. Lynn was kind to do it on the phone. Tracey completed our order and explained all the options available to us. Overall we found dreams to be good quality.
