Not sure about the food as haven't tried yet, but staff a super friendly and easy going , had a nice chat. Big garden for the sunny days.

Nice little pub opposite Norwood junction. It's a brilliant stop off before going up to Shelhurst Park. The pub garden is a good size, and the BBQ food is excellent. It's really worth a try. Staff are easygoing, and the atmosphere is relaxed

The atmosphere was lively when i went in there was a game on so there was bound to be an audience . It has a nice large TV to watch the game at every angle but to be honest if it was possible to give 0.5 stars I would because i don't like being pressured to get a drink when i have only been there for 7 minutes but this was not the tipping point. I understand that a business needs to make revenue by customers paying for drinks this was fine with but i did not like it when a random NPC >person got involved and started questioning if i was going to get a drink and if not i should leave. If that is the welcoming that a intrigued customer gets then this is very insulting . The woman at the bar is lovely but it is a shame a random person had to ruin this review.

Busy on match days, but plenty of staff to serve the masses. Has a BBQ also in garden match day. Good selection of beers and friendly service.

Good atmosphere on matchdays and large beer garden when the weather is good. BBQ also gets an outing when the weather is nice although I have yet to try the food. Can get a bit over crowded on match days but it does not bother me but sometime to bear in mind if you dont like big crowds. Decent selection of drinks although they will all be served in plastic cups. Service can take a while depending on how busy it is but never too bad. Shows live football and right beside the train station which is handy. About a fifteen minute walk to the stadium.

I'm a Wolves supporter who has visited the Cherries many times on away trips to Crystal Palace. My friends are Palace fans. Fantastic place frequented by fantastic fans and quality staff. No atmosphere like it in any other pub I've been in

This used to be a wonderful thriving place (many years ago) with traditional interior and real ales. The makeover is now tired and the place is dirty. I was there on a mid-week lunchtime and it was dead. I guess it's a sports bar now.
