Always love it here. Staff are particularly friendly. Excellent place for a quick pit stop pint. Food is also surprisingly good making it a decent place for a spot of lunch. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Lovely ambience and reasonably priced pints. No ales on, but the lovely barmaid directed my friend to a European beer called "Heineken". Many happy customers!

Solid 4.5 stars for this small local tap house. Had a beef burger and a couple of pints and thoroughly enjoyed both. I can easily recommend them. The staff were courteous and efficient and the establishment was clean and well kept. The food was a little slow in coming, but I wasn’t in any kind of hurry. The lady at the bar was very kind made some excellent recommendations. The burger was great, their fries however are not great.

Dropped in on way to Wapping for lunch. Owner polishing brass front looked smart. 4 pint of Guiness later, very good, only people in cause early. Food menu looked good with thai options. Very friendly proper local pub.

Good pub and, considering the location, well priced. Superb and welcoming barmaid and friendly locals. A couple of TVs showing the sport too. Well worth a visit.

Another wonderful little pub in the Aldgate area. It's a fairly ordinary sort of place but has a lot going for it. Tables around the walls and comfortable seating in the back but what I really like is that there is so much space in here where you're not bumping into chairs or tables. The Guinness was excellent as was the Black Sheep Best Bitter.

OK bar for a beer or two. Not many options to choose. Cool british music.

A really traditional east London pub; complete with anaglypta wallpaper, dart board and seventies-looking jukebox! Staff are friendly and serve a good selection of real ales. Traditional English pub grub is on offer, together with a Thai menu. Definitely worth a visit!

A great traditional London pub at the south end of Leman street. Quiet when I visited but a cheerful welcome as I arrived and signed in on the NHS 'Trick or Treat' app. Lovely cold beer on a piping hot day, what more could you want? Cask is on but not all of them just yet. A really pleasant visit. Most certainly worth a stroll if you are in the area.
