   Went here for a wedding reception. Such a great venue for it. The secret "garden" was a great place to mingle with the other guests. The food they put on exceeded my expectations by several orders of magnitude. Really super tasty. What a day!

   Great pub and really friendly staff! The have a really interesting wine list which was brilliant and great to try some different and slightly unusual wines, including an Austrian white and a Greek white wine (their house wine). We just came in for drinks and chips (which were excellent!) and we will definitely return. Plenty of indoor seating, and a lovely outdoor space too.

   Great atmosphere, surprisingly extensive and quality cocktail list (for a pub!) and lovely staff. I'm here to talk about the food though. Undoubtedly the best food you'll find at a local pub. A varied and well executed menu and absolutely my favourite local haunt.

   Amazing Sunday Roast! I had the beef and it was amazing. I love a roast that comes with plenty of gravy, and I was not disappointed. Also huge Yorkshire pudding which is a plus too. The waiting staff were absolutely lovely and super attentive, and the vibes were immaculate: dim lights and nice background music.

   The Palm is a really renovated pub with a focus on craft beer. It has a nice beer garden and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. For my taste, the beer-choice seems quite 'safe' and so it won't please hardcore beer-geeks. However, the majority will be more than happy.

   Great vibe for a chilled out, relaxed social atmosphere, good choice of drinks (I tried the cider on draught and can recommend). So far I've had the burger and thought it was very good but the standout so far is the nachos loaded with pulled pork, salsa, fried mashed beans and guacamole and it's probably the best nachos I've had from a pub! Decent sized portions and good quality. You can just about make out the burger to the left of the photo and the cider to the right. Would definitely recommend !

   Very casual cute pub with excellent Sunday roast. Decent selection of drinks and very friendly staff, the service was very good. The Sunday roast was very tasty, including the kale and potatoes. The Yorkshire pudding was massive but a little overcooked. Outside space is available and be reserved. A nice vegetarian/vegan roast option is also available. Would recommend a visit for a Sunday roast!
