I had a reservation for a festive dinner. The staff said they didn’t have my reservation, nor did they have my festive dinner requests - even though I’ve emailed back and forth with your reservation staff. Thankfully, my server gave me a a discount to make up for the £10 deposit I paid for my Festive Dinner via your online reservation system. Do better.

A great place for a good meal and a pint. The downstairs pub was a little busy, but we were able to walk in and get seating in the dining area upstairs. There was only one server working all the tables, so she was a little busy. But she was great and the food was delicious.

We were staying nearby and wanted an easy late lunch. The pub is a 3 minutes walk from Embankment station so is very convenient. We were there around 2:00 pm so the pub was not busy and so we were able to sit at a quiet table near the bar. We ordered a club sandwich and two Scotched Eggs to share. The sandwich was one of the best club sandwiches I have had. Big and very tasty. The eggs tasted good and were big enough that next time we will share one. This pub is highly recommended.

Excellent location next to Charing Cross and Embankment stations. A ‘proper’ pub vibe downstairs and quieter dining area upstairs. Upstairs also has TV’s which was handy when I booked with a group to watch a football game. The fish and chips were great too!

I had chorizo pie at the recommendation of a native. It's amazing place for traditional English food. The pub has a very classic vibe to it and i highly recommend it to tourist to check it out

Awesome pub food. I love the English tradition of having a dining room separate from the pub. Especially good when travelling with children. Our son was all over the Princess's mac'n'cheese with bacon.

We recently were on holiday and stumbled across this amazing pub. Right down the street from our hotel it was easy to get to, great food, and amazing British pints. Tim was awesome and we went back the second night to get a BEER mug. Thanks for the amazing hospitality!!!

We ate at the Rudyard Kipling Dining Room above the pub and it was fantastic. There were plenty of pub food classics to choose from and a couple of unique options as well, like the Nourish Bowl (I got grilled and chicken added to mine and it was delicious!). Classic beers on tap and plenty of other beverages to choose from. The desserts were amazing as well...the Sticky Toffee pudding was worth every calorie. There's nothing like the cozy atmosphere of a British pub and the ambiance of this one didn't disappoint. Service was friendly. Prices were reasonable. And the food and drink was perfect. Highly recommend!
