Great service and beautifully prepared dishes. The flavors were balanced, and the staff was friendly throughout the entire visit. I would happily eat here again.
Quiet, clean, local pub. Friendly barmaid. Heating was on high making it uncomfortably warm
Lovely spot for a Sunday Roast. Took the Misses and some mates here a few weeks ago and the grub was very good and very reasonably priced too. One of the best roast spuds I've had in a pub. Guinness was up there with some of the better pints I've had. Not a massive fan of the inside of the pub, bit like a sports club I prefer more of a dirty old mans boozer, but it has a cracking beer garden for the sunny days. I'd return for a summers sesh on the ciders.

I recently reviewed the apple tree at 4* now it a 5 from me! The vegetarian roasts are really good. Service was amazing. ( The lady with red hair goes above and beyond ) It's family-friendly with a great atmosphere.
Cute pub with a good atmosphere. Has a pool table, clean toilets, tasty Christmas menu and friendly staff. Went for a birthday party around Christmas so there was live music.
Personally, this is one of the most classy pub is the local area. I know it had it rough times in the pass, we can't forget that. But the staff showed us enjoyment, love and most importantly trust. The let us play pool and turned up the lights!! The music was top rating. Can saying anyhing wrong about it ever tune was hitting the vibe. I have not tried the food. Do you do food Mr Apple tree? Long story short... Lovely design, lovely and caring staff and good drinks I will be bring people back to experience this place as its what a pup should be.. My only worry it gets too popular!!!!!!!!
The Tribute was the best ale I've had here (others slightly off their best, though the pub has tried a decent variety). TV screens showing multiple sports (and both World Cup final group games).
Just had the nicest burger for a long time. Fantastic value. The pub has a lovely atmosphere for a Saturday evening, very warm and friendly. Staff very professional. Will definitely be returning.
Just back from a Saturday drink, first time with the dog, Daizy. What a treat to be able to go to the local after 24+ years of living here. Since opening as the Apple Tree been numerous times to enjoy a local pub. The new look is great, the bar staff are so friendly its hard to say how much; the food is local and freshly cooked, so don't expect fast ping food and delicious and generous portions. Now even dog friendly so need a bigger pension as will be drinking/eating there more often. If you're local you have to support it. A lot of money has been invested in this venture and from my perspective its going to be a phenomenal asset to the neighbourhood. Use or lose and losing it would be a disaster. Too good not to socialise here, so raise a glass or 2/3/4 to the Apple Tree.
