This was our last pub stop on our trip to the UK from the US and I can honestly say it was our favorite out of the many which we stopped at. The staff were wonderfully kind, efficient and helpful. And the food was delightful!

What a great pub! Barry, the bartender, was friendly and incredibly accommodating with an allergy. The food was delicious and the beer was even better! Our party had some BLTs and the Harrisa Houmous flatbread and it was SO good! Only visiting London for a short time, but I would highly recommend this to anyone!

Spacious and excellent food. Most pubs we checked out in the area are small but this place is spacious and had good seating spots. We tried their fish appetizers, sausages, and flat iron steak with peppercorn sauce. All were to our liking. Definitely recommend especially if you are new to the area. Good for family and groups. Glad to find this gem.

Had a steak and ale pie with a few different beers. Food was amazing and the staff there were very kind and helpful. Very cool atmosphere within the pub itself, especially the downstairs portion. Would definitely recommend if you are in the St. Paul's Cathedral area.

Had a pleasant dinner with tasty British Steak and Ale Pie and some beers. Nice atmosphere and friendly service. Been exploring pubs around here, and I loved the experience at Ye Olde London.

We really enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service when we went here for dinner. I ordered fish and chips and my son, the steak and ale pie. Both were a good value--especially considering tax and tip are not added like I am used to. Find a table, check a menu, order at the bar, and give your table number. It's that simple.

I’ve walked past this pub for many years but had never visited until today. To be honest its name and proximity to St Paul’s Cathedral put me off, as I wrongly assumed that it was a tourist place. Really friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. A much bigger space downstairs although closed on a quiet January afternoon. Loved the huge wooden balustrades that dominate the street level bar area. A Greene King pub but I was happy to find Timothy Taylor Landlord on draught. Even a garden out back - a rarity in The City of London. A hidden gem in plain sight!

I went on a Sunday and of course ordered a Sunday roast. The good thing about eating in pubs is that they don’t charge an extra fee for the service, you just pay for the food and it’s much more practical because you just pay as you would in McDonald’s and then get your food. I ordered a beef sirloin, which was Β£14,99 and although it was a bit dry by itself, the sauce made it so much better. Everything was good, I would recommend you to eat here. The cashier told us the burgers and sandwiches were pretty good as well but I wanted something traditional.
