Customary excellent care. Appointment smoothly arranged at short notice by Rachel despite the practice being obviously extremely busy. Cannot praise Clark Noble highly enough. Supremely professional with a superb manner and consistently reliable Indian restaurant recommendations !
Really lovely staff, from all of the receptionists to the dental assistants and dentists. I am autistic, with other health conditions, too, and the staff are really kind and caring when I’m suffering with extreme anxiety, or have had to cancel appointments when not well enough to attend. Thank you for your patience and understanding, and a big thank you especially to Sarah and Kate for being exceptionally kind to me.
I have been a patient at Bupa Dental Care West Kirby for 10 years and went for my regular hygiene appt. with Laura and Kate. They were welcoming, professional and attentive to my dental health history. I was, as always, very pleased with my experience and with the shine on my teeth! I attended a hygienist appointment with Laura and her assistant Kate. As a patient with neuralgia they looked after me beautifully and were so kind. Laura made sure I was at ease and was very gentle knowing my teeth are extremely sensitive . My thanks to them both.

Not great. We take our kids here and the care has been inconsistent to be honest. Firstly, the dentist prescribed extra-strong fluoride toothpaste to our eldest at a very young age. Thankfully after getting a second opinion from a dentist I trust we decided not to bother and just carried on with normal kids toothpaste. She is now 7 and actually has problems caused by too much fluoride so it makes this mis-diagnosis and proposed treatment seem even worse. Secondly, both of our last two visits have been with locums. The first was ok but the standard of care on the last visit was very poor.
I am so sad to be leaving this dental practice (due to relocating). I wish i could pick the dental practice up and move it with me - ha. Dr noble has treated me for over 20 years and I cannot recommend him enough. Very friendly and really addresses any concerns you may have about your treatment, and will help you chose treatment/plans that are right for you. The reception staff are also great with a special mention of Harmony who went above and beyond to help me transfer dentists, she was friendly and really had my best interest at heart. I can not recommend this dental practice enough!!!
I would highly recommend Banks Road Dental Surgery. I originally asked for a second opinion and advice after my own dentist suddenly retired. Dr Noble has been amazing. He is attentive and has explained every step of my treatment thoroughly and clearly. There is always a warm welcome from the reception staff and the nurses are lovely and offer reassurance too. It has been great to receive such excellent care, especially when you are scared. keep up the amazing work everyone and thank you Dr Noble for everything you've done, You are brilliant.
