Could not recommend more! I am very anxious about going to the dentist and every time they have been so incredibly kind and reassuring and helpful to me throughout the entire process. Letting me stay and help calm me when I have been dizzy after and even calling making sure I got home safely shows a level of care like I’ve not seen anywhere before. Was due for check up on a Tuesday but had toothache over the weekend. Contacted dental practice Monday morning and got an appointment that morning and got antibiotics for an infection. Staff always friendly and professional.
Fantastic dental practice. I’ve always been so scared of the dentist but this was by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The staff are all professional and friendly. The surgery is lovely and clean. I had 2 fillings replaced and scale and polish. I was relaxed and felt at ease throughout the appointment.
Not happy with the Practice, considering, your paying a monthly plan, only to be told you have to pay £80, just for one little filling, and on top paying for a Dental plan, which doesn't cover the cost of having fillings, is beyond me, I will be going to Cambria Dental practice in Penyffordd, which is a superb Dental practice, they were very helpful friendly and supportive.
I find that this dental practice although small gives great service to the local community, thank you. I’m very sorry to say that this dentist has now left the NHS, and to remain my wife and myself would have to pay an insurance premium each month, being pensioners my wife and myself find that we would not be able to make the payments as even with the premium it would only cover one fifth of the cost of remedial works that might be required. Such a shame but I don’t blame the practice more the Welsh government who it appears don’t reimburse the dentist’s enough for their work.
Time wasters. Won't complete treatment plan because they won't have a NHS contract. Left with badly fitting dentures that could of been sorted if not for wasted short appointments and cancellations. Practitioners are constantly leaving so that should speak for itself
