Went here yesterday with a couple of mates. Charlie from the Bat and Ball team welcomed us in and set us up with a table tennis table, he was friendly and helpful. The place was huge and had loads of games to partake in. Table tennis, pool, darts, shuffleboard, really cool. Had a nice time her and would come again for sure.

Had a great first experience visiting Bat & Ball in Stratford. They were showing one of England's World Cup qualifiers and the atmosphere was great! The staff made us feel welcome and provided great customer service. We ordered a number of dishes including the loaded dirty Cajun fries and the crispy squid. There also serve pizzas, desserts and have a separate kids menu.

We visited Bat & Ball in Stratford Westfield to watch the 2025 Belgian Grand Prix, and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Welcome & Atmosphere We arrived slightly early and were warmly greeted at the door by a team member who quickly confirmed our reservation and directed us upstairs. Upon reaching the upper floor, we were pleasantly surprised by the range of seating options and screens available. They catered to both cricket and Formula 1 fans, which was a lovely touch. We were guided to a booth in the upper section. At first glance, we were hesitant because we couldnβt see any screens immediately. However, we soon realised there were two large screens positioned perfectly for our booth. It turned out to be an ideal hideaway spot, perfect for those of us who are a bit introverted and just want a relaxed, comfortable environment to enjoy a drink and watch the race. Pet-Friendly Touch We had our small dog with us, and although this isnβt a dog-focused venue (no water bowls or treats), the staff were welcoming and there was no issue having him with us. That level of flexibility really made the visit feel casual and inclusive. Food & Drink We ordered a butter chicken burger, a bowl of loaded fries topped with braised beef and cheese, and the hottest wings on the menu, which truly lived up to the name. Everything was delicious, arrived quickly, and was served hot and fresh. I also enjoyed a pint of Two Tribes Campfire Hazy IPA, which was a brilliant choice to accompany the meal. Service & Value The service was friendly and efficient throughout. Despite being busy, the team remained attentive. The total for our food and drinks (one IPA, one San Pellegrino, one Coca-Cola, the burger, wings, and fries) came to Β£55, which felt fair given the generous portions and the experience of watching live Formula 1 with Sky Sports in a high-quality venue. Summary β’ Atmosphere: 5/5. Lively, spacious, and full of viewing options without being overwhelming. β’ Service: 5/5. Quick, polite, and well-organised. β’ Food: 5/5. Delicious and generously portioned. β’ Pet-Friendliness: 4/5. Not dog-focused, but accommodating. β’ Value for Money: 4/5. A great lunch-and-sports combo experience but donβt expect it to be budget friendly. Weβll absolutely be back for the next race. Thanks again to the Bat & Ball team. You made our little F1 lunch date memorable.

Nice atmosphere, was full but they still had ample space upstairs which was even cooler with the heat. Enjoyed the meal. Clean area and clean toilet too. Ordered at the bar and it came at a good time. They have multiple screens to watch sport. We played the ping pong and just enjoyed our evening there. This is my second visit and I can say itβs worth it.

On May 28, 2025, we visited the establishment. The venue was clean and not overcrowded, featuring a central bar and multiple televisions displaying various sporting events, including football and tennis. Ordering options included a mobile application, bar service, and waiter service; we opted for the latter. While the service was attentive, it appeared the server may have been new, requiring us to repeat our order several times. Even when repeated, the order was inaccurate. The food quality was acceptable, except for the buffalo chicken wings, which were significantly undercooked and excessively sauced, rendering them inedible. We chose not to request a replacement. Parking is available in a multi-storey car park. In the shopping centre. Wheelchair-friendly.

Just visited the place to watch a football match and we had a wonderful experience. There were a lot of TVs and you could get a good view from almost any table. The service was also super fast and we had an polite, fun and really kind waitress serving us. There are multiple floors and you can do various activities like karaoke and play ping pong, and although there was different music on the other floors, we had no issue downstairs

Officially my favorite bar! With the best looking and tasting cocktail the "zombie" and beer ping pong, pool table, karaoke and more the place is suitable for families too. Great for dates, couples, anyone! Love the place β€οΈ

Went today for lunch. Enjoyed the food. The ribs were exceptional. 3 stars for the fact that the waitress took orders from all the other tables and avoided ours. The other waiter was walking around without taking any orders at all. The place was not very busy for us to be unnoticed. So, we ordered food and drinks at the bar. I grabbed first 2drinks and sat at the table, whilst bartender filled glass with slushy and placed it on the bar looked at it and at me as if "it is ready, you can take it". Made us feel a bit unwelcome. Food was good though.

Fairly priced pub with good food. Options to play ping pong and pool. With a private karaoke room available upon request. I ordered some beer (approx. Β£6.50) and a meat feast for around Β£13.50. Pizza's start at Β£10 and are freshly made(delicious). Plenty of seating and friendly staff. (Haven't seen this place late evening). They also have sports playing on tv screens.

We came in for our anniversary and had such a great night! We will be coming back. We played ping pong but unfortunately we didn't book karaoke in time so we will need to return to do that. The barman (I think he said his name was K) was absolutely brilliant. He made us lots of delicious cocktails. He is a credit to your team. Thank you!!
