Went in last night for a pizza from the guys at Slice — absolutely delicious! The crust was perfect, and the wings were really good too. Had a couple of drinks beforehand — nice crowd and great atmosphere. The happy hour between 6–7 is a bonus — a pint and a half for under a fiver! Great value all round.

yes under new management, been in there three times with mates, played pool on the new table. had a paint and clean up, new beers on offer, even the draft services work both ends of the bar. Welcome change after quite a few years. nice staff. Lived in the village 25 years, nice to see it back to been a nice pub.
Just had the chicken and pork roast dinner's. Really good value for great tasting food. Very attentive service with a good selection of drinks. Glad also they provide high chairs for the baby, not all restaurants do, will be going back for sure.

Pleasant for a quick pint of guiness in the winter. Warm and cozy. Large patio out the back for summer months.
