Popped in one Thursday afternoon a few weeks back, nice guvnor, friendly locals and a proper pub but first and foremost I judge a pub on the of the lager and unfortunately the Moretti wasn't good.
Brilliant pub! Visited last week when visiting family in Bethnal Green. Staff were very chatty and the food was superb. Good choice of beers too. Will defo visit again when back in the area.
Brilliant old east end pub full of locals who were welcoming. Staff were really helpful and thoughtful to bring us all extra ice to our table. Very busy on Saturdays due to market.
Brilliant pub bar staff excellent especially Gerald. Lovely atmosphere good entertainment. But if they want serious wine drinkers, they have to sort the price out as Little Driver and Globe at Hackney at least £1 cheaper and owned by the same company.
Lovely locals pub and regulars made me feel welcome when I visited. Very helpful and friendly bar staff especially the wee Irish guy Gerry, what a grafter. Toilets were clean, glasses sparkling and beer nice and chilled. Defo one I will return to.
Proper pub with proper customers. Clean with great choice of traditional beers. Friendly staff and customers meant we had a good laugh in there and am sure we will return
Great old school East London pub. Friendly staff and always pull a perfect pint. Great karaoke too. Jerry is top lad very diligent.
If you’re not a 50-year-old white male with a beer belly, please don’t enter into that pub. Your life depends on it ! Not only has a young woman with a foreign accent, I’ve been disrespected but also they tried to poison/kill me bh pretending to serve me a gluten-free beer which wasn’t
