Brilliant pub with a lively yet relaxed atmosphere. The staff were welcoming, and handled our big group with ease. Great range of beers

Incredible Caribbean roast! Delicious flavours, from the jerk gravy to the cinnamon that came through the rice and beans, to the crispy parsnip garnish. Everything was delicious and I would highly recommend. The kitchen staff were working so hard, constantly pumping out orders that they should be proud of, we did have a bit of a wait because of this so expect this and be polite! The food is well worth it. The FOH team were also lovely. I will definitely be returning

The best meal we have had during this visit. Maybe the best for over 20 years. Very complex dishes with multiple textures. I will be making the oxtail croquettes myself when I get home if I can recreate the crumb. The amazing poached pear dessert is well beyond my skill level.

some of the most reasonably-priced local pints and a great old fashioned (which is the owner’s personal recipe!) this pub should be far more busy than it is - great value. (on second thought, don’t come here, it’s the best-kept secret.)

We had such a lovely experience for our Sunday Roast at the Duke of Richmond. The food was absolutely delicious and service was even better - especially considering how busy they were. We decided to get the ‘All the Roasts’ and the Pork so that we could try them all and they were all delicious, though the lamb was the standout (and definitely get the bread sauce too!). Potatoes were the best pub roast potatoes we have ever had. Thank you, we will be back!! :)

The beef Sunday Roast was spectacular, one of the best I have eaten recently. The Margarita Picante is just great. It is not to spicy, but it gives a great twist to a great classic.

Ate here because it was on a list of Hackney's 'best' restaurants and there was a bit of hype historically. Very mediocre. Croquette was cold and overpriced. The burger was fine, but absolutely nothing special for the price point. Cocktails were uninspired. Service slightly cool. Wouldn't bother. There are much much better places on offer in the local area.

Delicious gastropub in Dalston with elevated British and European classics, great option for Sunday Roast in East London. Desserts are spectacular and in small individual portions. Outstanding wine selection

A truly excellent Sunday roast. Great selection and every dish was immaculately presented with great flavor. The vegan option of cauliflower was great. Prices are on the higher end for a pub roast but well worth it for the quality.

Top notch boozer in East London.. Really good vibe about it, great beer and overall drinks options and the food we saw going past looked great. Deffo somewhere we would go more if we lived a little closer!!
