   Thank you so much for Rae and the team for managing our booking, it was a large group and had some tricky requests but everything went smoothly, the food was great (especially the crispy potatoes!) and there was a really great vibe. Such a cool space, big garden at the back too

   Drinks were okay (my friend’s Coke was flat) and the atmosphere was beautiful but the food was disappointing unfortunately especially for the price. The Sunday roast took about an hour to arrive and mine came cold and reheating it took another 15 minutes. The service also felt a little distant. Overall, nice for drinks and ambience, but I wouldn’t come back for the food.

   Every Thursday they have selected tap beer for 3.5 which is quite good. We came here randomly walking around, and seeing cheap beer we decided to stay which is one of the best decision of our London trip. We like a lot gazpachio beer and fish and chip. Is enough for two of us. And it was really delicious not regular fish but still good and juicy

   Went here for the Sunday roast, I had the pork belly. Flavours were really great and the fat on the pork belly was nicely rendered, almost creamy. Good amount of gravy which was also flavoursome. The sauce in the picture is apple sauce with mustard which was an interesting mix, it went well with the pork. The only let down was that the skin on the pork wasn't crispy at all. Quite pricey at £24 but I would probably still go again. The beer selection was healthy!

   Great brewery tap, good selection of own brewed beers both on tap and in cans to takeaway. Friendly staff, only downside no non alcoholic versions of brews, but did have a selection of non alcoholic beverages ie coke, lemonade etc

   Pleasant taproom under the railway arches where you can hear and feel the trains rumbling past above! A great range of beers and it was a shame I only had time to stay for one. Admirable community-based ethos. Hidden away down an alley but only minutes from Hackney Central station, so well worth seeking out.

   We hired Hackney Brew Church for our wedding party and it was just brilliant. The venue looked incredible and Hamish and the team were fantastic - from start to finish - going above and beyond. Aaron and Caroline absolutely smashed it with the food - utterly sensational. The food was the talk of the night with so many guests declaring it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding party. We couldn't agree more. Our foodie / hospitality friends were also incredibly complimentary on the cava and wine on offer. Liv, Hamish and the team behind the bar were brilliant as well. Never an empty glass. From the moment we popped into the brewery they were nothing but brilliant, answering a multitude of questions and nothing ever seemed too much. We are so grateful and will be singing their praises from the rooftops.

   Great spot. Can either sit out in front or back in the garden. We sat out back. It was nearly empty, very peaceful for a Sunday afternoon. Loved the cider. Great prices. Bathroom was a nice style. A bit dark though.

   Visited yesterday & was a delight. Beer was lovely! (Ryan's last dance) a really juicy IPA, we were both really impressed! We had a sample of the stouts also which were lovely, but the sun was out & not stout weather. Really impressed with this place & very friendly & knowledgeable staff. They had just invested in a canning machine & were rebranding ready for a launch. I wish them luck & will happily buy their beer when it is available in bottle shops etc & will return here when we are next in Hackney.
