   Happy with the product for the price but disappointed it arrived by pallet and just delivered into our carport. We are in our 70s and found it very difficult to get it into the bedroom as it's very heavy.

   I bought an extendable dining table and had a few issues. Emailed them twice with no response and my review of the item does not appear on the table on their website so this is poor. The table is nice but the top doesn't match the colour of the pedestal and it needed a lot it self assembly which is not mentioned and the instructions were awful!

   Kitchen units are great. High quality and very easy to assemble. We are very pleased with the quality of the furniture, the ease of assembly and importantly the great customer service. The customer service is great and explains any doubts very quickly and clearly. If we need anything else, we will definitely choose the same seller. Thank you and highly recommend.

   Outstanding service and quality! We have ordered Nappa Sofa and a foot stool from Heze furniture because they provided an outstanding hassle free service to us for a great quality furniture from Poland (I am Polish and know the quality and the craftsmanship when it comes to the contemporary furniture). Customer service at Heze was second to none and they went to a great length advising us on the fabric as we needed something that would be pet and child proof (specialist Spanish fabric Daytona does the trick regardless what you throw at it!). Half a year later, there is no stain we are worried about as it all washes off with a bit of water! The sofa is comfortable to sit on and being a sofa bed it is also very comfy to sleep on. Additionally it has storage for spare bedding and the foot stool is often used as a secret storage for our son's toys. Even in the toughest of lockdown times Heze managed to deliver the sofa directly to us! 5 stars - highly recommended!!!! (Cushions bought separately from another store)

   Brilliant, Brilliant and Brilliant. We bought 2 Sofa's, a dining table, Dining bench and some storage units from Heze last year. They were excellent to deal with. The owner and rest of the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. As it was highly customised order, we were bit nervous but they delivered on everything as promised. The most important thing I would like to mention here is the after service I received from Haze. Last month we had a minor issue with the sofa. We called Heze and even though, it was over 12 months. they came and fix the problem straight away. I always support local businesses and on this occasion as well I am happy to recommend Heze to anyone.
