Fantastic pub and staff. To top it off they serve a great pint of Guinness (as you can tell by the the lacering).
Nice big garden at the rear. Prices are decent. Service was friendly. Toilets could be better maintained.
Great night at the quiz Claire doing a really good job the pub is getting back to how it used to be friendly. Atmosphere since she took over and the beer is a lot better would recommend volley 100/100
The Volunteer, a small traditional pub on Plumstead High Street. A good selection of keg beers and Doom Bar on cask. Other pumps are available. Bright cheerful service. Roadworks right outside but you can't have everything. A good little boozer.
St Patrick's night was bloody fabulous especially the Irish dancing

Popped into the Volunteer and was given a really warm welcome from the staff at the bar. Good pint pint of Guinness and very friendly locals. Good old fashioned pub.
