   Complained about an unusable foot stool due to its design being completely uncomfortable and rock hard. Customer services didn’t help in any way, just sent me a link to the returns process which I would have to pay for! Left either out of pocket or with a foot stool we can’t use…

   Brushed bedding I bought shrunk so much after one wash it barely fits on the bed. I have to pull it until it's beginning to tear. It also pills so much, it's like sleeping in a bed full of crumbs

   Thoroughly disappointed with my purchases. Not at all as advertised. Quality far below what is expected from their ‘hotel quality’. A 1 star hotel perhaps. I advise sticking to dunelm, much better quality. Duvet is almost unusable as the clumping is so bad. The sheets are in much worse condition than older sheets I own which have been used and washed much more. Very poor. Will not be purchasing from Homescapes in the future.

   They received my return 10 DAYS AGO and have been sitting on their thumbs apparently. Disgusting - I’ve never received such poor service before. I only returned it as the colour accuracy was so off - so don’t waste your time.

   The ordering was great. Excited to have found a nice organic cotton blanket. This is very positive ended. Product arrived and the packing did not mention organic cotton anywhere. Doubtful I contact Homescapes and after a bit of back and forth it turns out that if you open the non organic cotton packaging then you find two labels on the inside. One says regular cotton and one organic cotton. What made it worse is that they say they have GOTS certification for their cotton but no labelling to be found. Product seems nice but just all a bit too weird.
