I placed an order over a month ago, I had confirmation of my order but no delivery date. Numerous emails requesting an update, one response, with no outcome! This order was through Klarna and they have already taken 2 payments with out me receiving my goods. Would not recommend

Beware!! Me and my partner ordered a coffee table off this company. We never received it after sending 3 emails to try to see where our order was. Luckily we ordered it using PayPal and managed to get a refund. Honestly do not order from this company!!!

I ordered a portable heater on 7th November 2022 to ease costs of central heating during fuel crisis. It is now December 22nd and company customer services actually seems to only rarely respond in a sarcastic manner. Iβve had no feedback about a refund so I can buy another and will have to get money back via bank. I certainly would not use this company as they are very unprofessional and have no respect for customers.

Do not buy from this company!!! Unless you want to be robbed!! Never experience a company with such poor service. it's now been 8 weeks and I still havenβt received my order. It is Impossible to get any response from them. For weeks now, excessive number of calls to customer service (can't do anything but "pass on a message"), use of their text message service (no response), and emails (no response). Managed to speak to the owner who promised to call me back next working day - one week later, still nothing,. Totally unacceptable service. Trading standards is my next port of call, this company are robbing people!!

Never experience a company with such poor service. Spent significant amount of money for a shed with 10 day delivery promise, it's now been 5 and a half weeks and nothing. Impossible to get any response from them. For weeks now, excessive number of calls to customer service (can't do anything but "pass on a message"), use of their text message service (no response), and emails (no response). Managed to speak to the owner who promised to call me back next working day - one week later, still nothing,. Resorting to leaving a google review to try and get a response from this company and a resolution. Totally unacceptable service.
