   Had a 2 night stay. Plenty off free parking. A warm welcome from the owners. Large ensuite room,comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast, hot food to order, plenty of choices, cereals, fresh fruit etc. Good location for visiting the area. We will be returning. Thank you .

   The middle feet for our sofa weren’t fitted when the sofa was delivered hence the sofa started to dip in the middle after 28 months. Reported the issue to the shop where I purchased the sofa from who went to Ashley Manor who arrived for home serve to come to the house and repair the issue. No complaints. Great job. Problem resolved!!!

   Bought a sofa almost 10 years ago and I've just had the seat cushions stuffed but the framework, the springs, and the upholstery are in perfect condition and feel I could get another 10 years out of it. The photo with the red carpet is when we first got it, as you can see, it still looks as good as new

   Do not touch their products. Quality is terrible. Seam split. Had to have both sofa frames webbed by an upholsterer as the supports under the cushions broke. Turns out AM had used PLASTIC clips when the industry standard is for METAL ones. The seat cushions constantly sagged and we ended up buying foam inserts to make the cushions comfortable and presentable. Now all the chenille stripes have worn on the arms and it looks frightful. Total disaster.

   Bought a suite in 2016. Seat covers now failing along stitched seams. Contacted the company four times (2 x website messages, 1 x letter, 1 phone call) simply to ask if they still make the same covers to purchase. No response to anything. Beware this company! They will ignore you.

   Purchased an Ashley Manor sofa through sterling furniture. First sofa was faulty. After a long wait, partially due to lockdown, a replacement sofa arrived with more faults than the first. So promptly returned for full refund. Shame as was the comfiest sofa I ever had. Amazing fabric.
