   I honestly cannot praise the service enough! I booked an appointment for 3pm, but was unable to make the time due to work running over, it was rescheduled to 4pm but again had trouble making that appointment, I phoned back to apologise and not only were they so nice and understanding, they spoke to the designer who actually said she would stay over and wait for 5pm when I would arrive. They were so kind and accommodating, I didn’t feel any annoyance at my two reschedules. Our appointment was with Shelley - I feel so lucky to have had her, not only did she stay over (appointments last around 3 hours) she absolutely never rushed the appointment, went over all of the designs, listened to likes and dislikes. Something I loved is if I said I didn’t like something, she always remembered and didn’t show that style again, if I said I liked something, during the design she would go and get a sample and say this is what is in the design, however you did mention you liked this colour for internal, which one do you like more. That detail was incredible (although when given the choice, I’d more often than not like the choice Shelley had put forward). All styles and budgets were discussed. What I especially love was I never felt like I was trying to be upsold, it was always options and features, prices discussed before we chose something. For example, we have gone for gold handles, when picking the qooker tap, we wanted the gold to match, the tap is £2000, Shelley did explain there was an offer on with the quartz worktops where a chrome qooker tap would be £500 (we obviously prioritised the matching but I like she did inform us of the offer). Again, I would really like to recommend Shelley and thank her for being so accommodating and helpful. The design itself, is perfect! Shelley changed and tweaked, showed options, deleted and went back to the original - the end product has me so excited. I know that quality of wren is always recommended, but the whole team I spoke to and Shelley, made the experience! I also appreciate that I can change the design at any point and make tweaks up until 4 weeks before delivery. Beautiful choices, lovely staff, outstanding service. Thank you again.

   Wouldn’t recommend. Customer service is atrocious. Went in to go through final stages as wanted to check measurements etc, agreed a price before coming in, but went up a few hundred pounds. Explained to the rude lady in there (didn’t get her name) that we agreed a price to match howdens. With her reply saying look I’m doing Rhys a favour by squeezing you in tonight as I just thought you were going to come in and pay for your kitchen. The showroom was empty, we was there 40minutes before closing time. At this point we walked out after been spoken too like that and have opted for howdens, yes you have to pay them upfront and this is where wren get you with there interest free. But the quality isn’t as good and the customer service is even worse. Get a bank loan and go howdens if you want to opt for monthly payments. My thoughts were if that’s there customer service when purchasing, what’s it going to be like after sale. Running a business myself, even if a customer walked in 5 minutes before closing time, I would never push them out, not to mention again 40minutes before closing in an empty showroom. Just a big well done to losing a £7500 sale :-)

   Went in to get a quote today picked the wardrobe had all the measurements asked for a price on what I wanted…. You need to book an appointment.. receptionist x 2 members of staff doing nothing so asked again said you need to book an appointment…. Walked out. If that was my business and someone comes in knows the exact measurements exactly what they want and just a price on it walk out the store probably around 3k worth of business I would take a closer look at the internal runnings of the store if all the staff were busy with customers fair enough but they wasn’t money lost another companies gain £3.2k order put in and paid today

   Design and fitting were both good, damaged doors replaced quickly. However, there seems to be a problem replacing a worktop which has a poorly fitting join. The kitchen is lovely and is a pleasure to work and cook in. Awaiting painter and decorator!

   We've just had our new kitchen installation completed and we are over the moon. Our kitchen was a very small and was designed perfectly by Amelia within the Tamworth branch. The cupboard depth and area we have is very pleasing for such a tight space. Amelia really knows how to get the most from the space you have, she r is a wizard and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish! Thank you so much for designing our perfect kitchen. Wren have a fantastic design set up, enabling us to have a completely unique kitchen tailored exactly to our needs, with a very good quality finish. Luke who fitted the kitchen was very professional and thorough throughout the process and has not missed out any of the finer details, his finish to the worktops and even his caulking skills were spot on! Regarding how to maintain our kitchen, how to go about replacing anything that's damaged or faulty, etc was gone through in excellent detail. Initially our worktops arrived with some damage and Luke made sure that replacements were ordered promptly, only delaying completion by two days. Thank you Luke! The only minor issue we have is a replacement on one of the doors possibly two and a faulty tap which I have no doubt will be sorted by Wren and Luke efficiently. The 20 year warranty that Wren give is very reassuring, and although they're a little more expensive than some competitors, that peace of mind, their quality and customer service is second to none.

   Visited the Tamworth branch where we were met by Holland Guthrie. She is an excellent kitchen designer who is a credit to Wren kitchens. She was very helpful and came up with some great ideas that we hadn’t thought of. She replied promptly to questions and emails. Would highly recommend her if you visit Wren and need a competent and experienced kitchen designer.

She then emailed the plan along with the dimensions and after a few things were altered, which was no problem at all. The kitchen was ordered and I was kept updated until it arrived on their own transport on time! Everything arrived in one piece and complete as ordered. Although I fitted the kitchen myself, everything went together exactly as it should. It looks great! I would certainly recommend Wren Kitchens to anyone. Order no. 33548795
