   We are really pleased we used Lichfield kitchens to plan deliver and fit our new kitchen. Shaun was great from the start. He helped us plan the perfect layout in our new extension and gave us lots of helpful tips and advice along the way. The products he uses are really high quality including bespoke items. Appliances again are all really high quality including Neff, Franke and the all important Quooker tap and Dekton worktops. Kitchen fitters did a lovely job and we couldn’t be happier with it. All our visitors comment on it and it’s become a lovely entertaining space.

   We are thrilled with our new kitchen. Had great service right from the first consultation. We were given a choice of designs and we were advised as to what would work best in our kitchen. All work carried out was to an excellent standard, the fitters Mike, Chris and Jordan took pride in their work and kept us informed about each stage of the project. The quality of the units, doors and quartz is first class and we are also pleased with all of our new Neff appliances. Thank you very much again for our WOW kitchen, we've had so many compliments already.

   Had wardrobes fitted this week and unfortunately this has fell short of the standards expected and experienced previously with LKB. Hope we do not experience the same after sales care as the 1 star review posted 6 months ago and can change our review to 5 stars!

   Shaun & his staff were brilliant from conception to installation to aftermarket care. Bespoke kitchen designed & installed by Lichfield Kitchen & Bedrooms. Nothing was to much trouble for them, great ideas & suggestions that we hadn't thought of to include in our design to make it truly tailored to our individual needs. Thank you Shaun we are extremely pleased can't recommend your company enough 5 star service all around.

   Our experience: Paid top price for ‘bespoke’ oak kitchen. 1. Received shoddily wrapped pre-assembled units damaged on arrival. 2. MDF laminate supplied where order stated oak. 3. Door styles differed to style stated in order. 4. Cabinets with incorrect panels different to LKB’s own plan. 5. Door joinery substandard up to 4mm out of square. 6. Display cabinet exposes wood finish inconsistent with rest of unit. No confidence in LKB’s ability to resolve issues. Disrupted wider refurb programme causing major stress for family & added cost. Denying Consumer Right to reject, then (worst of all), stopped responding to our communications until we put the matter in our solicitor’s hands. Service: Helpful drafting & amending plans to secure sale. Supplier Advice: Assemble, package, deliver with appropriate care & skill. Comply with order/specification. Address all aspects of quality control & communication throughout your business. Act in customer’s interest. Acknowledge scale of issues & customer impact. Try to resolve issues fairly.
