Closed when it’s states it’s open. Called up to say I was picking up at 3pm and place was shut an hour early
Although we'll stocked and clean, the service here is very slow. I had to wait at the desk for nearly 10 minutes ringing the bell while one of the staff was outside working on his car and the other 3 staff were sat watching me from the back office. Its an incredibly unprofessional store and if you can avoid it. I recommend you do.
Miserable unhelpful staff. That’s if you can actually find anyone to serve you. Went 3 times in one day to collect an order, every time there was a long queue with only one person serving….refused to get any help….I gave up and cancelled order…..this is not an isolated issue, has been like it for years….was hoping they had improved…but sadly not….can see by their responses to reviews that they don’t care…same wording for the response every time !!
very bad service at the counter, took a long time guessing on the system, much longer time to bring items( 2 ignition coils)from inside, and returned with the wrong items, then I had to wait again.and it was only one item available. I told the guy who served me that this is the worst branch, his dismissive response was Thank you."" This unprofessional and indifferent attitude only confirmed the lack of care for customers. I will not return to their store again and would rather shop from the online market.
Very helpful and friendly staff, you have to be patient if there is a big queue.
Unhelpful with little or no knowledge of basic products. Having worked in the industry for 20 plus years ,never did i think i would see the day a motor factor thats worse than halfords !!!!!!

Trade prices don't mean anything. If you check the Euro Car Parts website, prices are 99% of the time cheaper than trade. 5 litres of oil coming out at £61.08 with Omnipart, £55.20 if I phone up and £51.14 to general public from ECP website. Something's gone wrong here I'm sure.
I entered the shop and had to wait for the two staff serving to finish their private conversation. Whilst waiting for my purchase, a younger employee walked past me angrily and began loudly, verbally abusing a senior member of staff in the back. I personally wasn't too bothered but the elderly couple which had just come in were. Either way, I suggest some training coupled with a redundancy is what is needed.
Euro car parts came to our rescue on a family break. They had a battery in stock - unlike Halfords - which I was able to collect the very same morning. Friendly staff and great prices. I will definitely be using this company again!
