   Booked for a headlight bulb replacement as had difficulty doing myself and I’m very glad I booked it here. The staff member was so friendly and polite and sorted it all in around 5 mins. I will definitely use this service again if needed in the future and at the Staines branch. Highly recommended.

He took the time to demonstrate how the seat works, explained the features in detail, and helped me choose the most suitable option for my needs. His in-depth product knowledge, professionalism, and courteous manner made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. Rudy’s patience and positive attitude truly stood out — he is a real asset to the Halfords team. At the tills, Kamila was equally polite, courteous, and efficient, ensuring the process was quick and pleasant. Together, they provided an excellent example of great customer service.    Rodie (or Rody) and the young man at the till (sorry, I didn’t catch his name) went above and beyond. I came in worried, as I’d just been told elsewhere that the car battery I’d bought wasn’t the right fit for my car. The young man reassured me that it was the correct type and explained it clearly, which really put me at ease. Rodie then fitted the battery quickly, with great professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness, and also advised me on a charger. Both were easy to talk to, polite, and made what started as a stressful situation into a very positive experience. Their professionalism and excellent service really stood out and deserve to be acknowledged.

   Great staff but they're completely understaffed for the number of people needing help and advice. I queued up in one area, was told to go to another, then another. It was utterly frustrating. Staff are absolutely lovely though and really do the best they can to help you. But just feel like they need more support.
