   Order number 45671. Order placed Friday 24th May. Confirmation email timed at 10.34am. Next day delivery paid for and, as ordered before 12pm cut off, delivery should have been scheduled for Tuesday 28th May accounting for the bank holiday. Fast forward to Tuesday 28th May and no contact from any courier so rang Anglo Agriparts who said item not yet despatched. The order was timed at 2.15pm and the website had sent the confirmation email unbeknown to the staff. We, a registered charity, are left with a broken down tractor which is in the way of a large delivery scheduled for tomorrow and now no part to complete the necessary repair until after the large delivery is due thanks to the failure of Anglo Agripart. We should have stuck with our regular suppliers. Lesson learned, we won't be using Anglo Agriparts again. Update. It is now 30th May and we still don't have this order delivered. Apparently the parcel wasn't correctly addressed but trying to sort it with their courier FedEx is as bad as trying to resolve it with Anglo Agriparts!

   Wonderful service and brilliant Customer Care, generally very satisfied although very occasionally the product supplied lets them down. Please don't take this as a complaint, and nothing supplied has ever had to be returned, just occasionally I have had to make things fit!
