A great place for families with young children. The staff are friendly, there’s a dedicated area for under-3s and toddlers, and my son had a wonderful time. Parents can comfortably relax and enjoy a coffee. There’s no need to wait, as you can book online or purchase a walk-in ticket.

I adore this play centre, and so does my little one. We come as often as we can and it's become a bit of a weekend ritual when we can make it. Great value for money and friendly staff every time. It's always been dog friendly which is clearly stated on the website, but after a complaint about a dog in a dog friendly play centre I felt a quite embarrassed being asked to sit separately from everyone else where I couldn't even see the play area to watch my child. Disappointing that one loud dog and one loud reviewer ruins it for everyone. The staff were incredibly kind about it though. Shame we've had a less positive trip today, but overall I'd recommend it.

Brilliant value for money, huge soft play with a small football/games pitch half way up the levels. Has a smallish ball pit in the main soft play and a small pit in the segregated under 3s area. Cafe providing a large menu and drinks selection.

Came in today with my two boys. A couple with a toddler and a DOG were let in, and the dog was constantly barking at the children, the woman let go of the lead twice while I was looking over on two separate occasions. One baby was sett off screaming because of its barking behind her in the under 3s area. What the hell are your staff allowing in a play center for children?. And before you say, it was not a blind dog. I love dogs, but there is a place and a time and this certainly was not it.

I booked a party here for my 6 year old. Great venue, clean and well kept facilities. Food was good, home made pizza certainly went down well. Great comments about the venue from the other parents. Highly recommend.

An absolutely wonderful soft play. It’s always beautifully clean and the staff are always kind and go above and beyond to make the experience here great. The food is also fabulous. It’s my favourite soft play in the area. 10/10 recommend!

We had our daughter’s birthday party here today. From booking the party a few months ago the staff I have spoken with have been fantastic and very clear with what is provided. I had a phone call the day before to confirm all the information from Emily, this was very reassuring to know that everything was organised. They provide party invitations, party bags with a free return pass for all of your guests, a party room, two hours of play and really lovely hot food followed by homemade cake and chocolate chip cookies, unlimited juice. We arrived early and were welcomed in by Emily and a male member of staff they were really polite and made a fuss of our girls which was lovely, we were shown to our party room and a few of our guests also arrived early they were all allowed in to play. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful they all asked regularly if we needed any tops ups, if we had enough food, there was plenty even for the adults to snack on, it was all lovely and all the kids had a brilliant time on the soft play. We would recommend the centre to all our friends and family and we will be coming again for a play soon. Thank you all for your hard work today and for making our daughter’s birthday party stress free and fun.

Top venue for my daughter’s birthday party at the weekend. The softplay is great fun and the food was nice and plentiful (pizza, chips, crispy chicken, fish finger and home made cake and cookies). The staff are really friendly and worked hard to make sure everything was done well. Can’t fault the price for the party, also very reasonable. I’ve been coming to this place for years with my children and it is never a letdown. Will be back soon.

Lovely play frame and staff but I think It could do with a deep clean, and perhaps a juggle round of seating area- very hard to negotiate the jungle of tables especially with a pram. Quite disappointed with the food portions. Ordered my girl the pizza meal and literally a 1/4 slice pizza with chips and beans. She was still hungry. I understand the cost etc but I'd rather pay more and have a substantial meal.
