Had got a design done and employee who did the design didn't mention about wall units options clearly and I ended up getting the shorter ones. Their Room View Software is not very clear. The staff agree too. Wont ever go to wren again for anything. Utterly disappointed.
Sharon was great, we were very impressed with the our time at our appointment Sharon listened to us and was so patient. She helped us look at all our options to put together what we would like. She was so thoughtful and knowledgeable giving us great advice and information to help us make an informed decision on design choices. She helped us with the planning and layout to work out what’s best for us and what’s feasible. We couldn’t thank her enough for all her help and really appreciate the amazing service she provided!
I only write google reviews when something has exceeded my expectations. I ordered my new kitchen from Wren kitchens in Erdington. I also had it fitted by there approved kitchen fitter Lukasz. I ordered the whole kitchen including kitchen sink, taps, cooker, oven, gas hob, extracter hood and Splash back. They sent a man to measure up. Then I went to pick the kitchen in store no hard sell. I picked what I liked and the kitchen designer John Fox was very helpful in store he showed me the options and I was able to ask lots of questions. Delivery date arrived kitchen was delivered only 1 minor part was damaged but the kitchen fitter Lukasz emailed them and the part was delivered within 2days. Lukasz was very good extremely professional and super organised. He arrived at 8am and started work he arranged the gas safe engineer to be on sight to remove gas cooker and also on completion date to check and reconnect the new cooker. He arranged the electrician & came at weekend to explain to him what he needed to be done so the extracter hood and sockets where in right place. I found Lukasz very professional and the whole kitchen from start to finish was done in a matter of days. The old kitchen was removed and disposed by Wren. I am extremely happy with my new kitchen and can't really fault the process from start to finish was very smooth from ordering to delivery to fitting. Wren kitchens communication through out was great and was always kept informed what was happening when things where going to be delivered and if any issues who to contact. I would recommend Wren as having a kitchen is a major purchase and needs to be done right. I have included pictures of the kitchen. The 1st picture is the Wren design. Avoid avoid avoid. Extrotinate prices. The designer was very friendly during the process and met all our demands. However once the kitchen arrived and was being installed (we used our own fitters) we found that some aspects did not match the picture we designed. When we contacted wren they said that's how it is, it won't look like the 3D imagine they provided but everything is in the description. What's the point of sitting down with a designer if the end product won't match the design?! In order to get this rectified we would be £250 out of pocket. After numerous conversations they said as a gesture of goodwill they will give us the correct panels we needed so it matches the 3D design. What a waste of my time and my fitters tine. No courtesy phone call from the designer or wren to see if we were happy with the end product after spending grands with them 15k almost. Not worth the expense. Quality of the products seem on the same level with other cheaper companies. Get your kitchen designed by wren and take your design and ask a local kitchen supplier to do it for you at a quarter of the price. Don't give wren any of your money.
Wrenovation to Wrenightmare. Most of the kitchen arrived damaged. I did not order a damaged kitchen Wren have been unresponsive after numerous emails. I have been left with no usable kitchen as I have had to cancel my fitters and this has already dragged on for a few weeks. I would recommend you avoid this place and save yourself the trouble and disappointment.
An amazing place to come and purchase your kitchen. I recently made a purchase with Wren and they went through all my options of choices, from door handles to draws to appliances to even the small lighting. Once completed, they'll send you a message with a 3d virtual reality. It's so amazing seeing your kitchen as how it will look. Definitely worth visiting.
A few months ago we bought our integrated kitchen unit and all appliances from Wren Kitchen, Erdington Branch. Our overall experience with it was great - they did price match for all appliances. I especially like the professional and friendly staff who helped us in designing our dream kitchen. The fitter was experienced and fitted it nicely. Very pleased we went with Wren for our kitchen. We didn't have any issues with the delivery and the finished kitchen looked the way it has been designed and visualised. Wren has been really helpful from start to end, taking us through the design process was relatively painless. We've been to other kitchen specialist but the experience weren't that favourable. We love the kitchen top and the available options in the showroom. Delivery was on time and care was taken to ensure it was delivered without damages to the units. Overall, we are happy with the new kitchen!
