Really good bottomless brunch, excellent service by Lauren despite her being really busy she kept us topped up with drinks all the time. Decent food, would recommend for a good weekend bottomless brunch
Last night my friend was given a cup with lip stick stains all around and politely asked for a new drink from here the bar staff seemed immediately angry where one girl took the glass and poured it into another , a few moments later a security guard comes over to our friend and asks him to come outside where he aggressively pushes him out the door and claims that he leant over the bar and shouted and swore at the bar staff… this did not happen. The girl from the bar came outside and said he was shouting and swearing at her and that she was going to go get security footage which I asked to see … obviously she could not provide this evidence as this didn’t happen. The whole evening was ruined by rude and aggressive staff and security… do better
Living close to the merchant we are regular visitors. All the team are super welcoming and friendly especially Lily & Morgan. Bouncers are always polite. Our favourite local
Leah was amazing! I cam for lunch today and received the best service from her. We got 2 meals and a drink for only £6! The food came so quickly and it was delicious! Cheap drink and pint secured
I came to the Merchant today for lunch with my mate and I received the best service from Leah! £6 lunch deal is amazing and I would definitely recommend to everyone. You get your value for money, great staff, dart board and pool table! Thank you team and I will be back again
The Merchant Brentwood is a great place that everybody should visit - nice food and atmosphere and good music. The last time I was there was no different. The staff are amazing, I was served by Sam and she was really friendly and helpful. All in all in was a lovely experience and I can’t recommend it enough.
The atmosphere was very lovely and so were the foods and drinks. A special shout out to Patrick who was excellent with his service, he helped us decide from the menu and kept checking in and made sure we were happy with everything. Highly recommend for anyone in Brentwood.
I’ve been in here a few times, and I love the place! Staff are very friendly and helpful, and seem to be happy to answer any questions. The food is decent and presented nicely, and I can’t complain about the portion size! A special mention for Patrick, who was very helpful and went above and beyond when we were trying to decide what to eat, as my girlfriend and I have special dietary requirements.
I was warmly welcomed by Patrick upon my arrival and the service only got better after that. They had a great selection of beer and food. It was the perfect place to meet up with friends and I'll definitely be back soon.
Really enjoyed my most recent visits to this place! The team are very accommodating and the food and drink selection is amazing and also very reasonably priced! Food comes out very quickly and is hot, nice and well priced. Drink selection is good and the bar team are also very friendly and helpful!
