   DO NOT USE! This company is scam placed an order over £700 Sunday 1st of December Next day was informed that the items are out of stock. 10 days later I still have not received a refund and unable to purchase the items elsewhere because my money is stolen from them I am not sure if I am ever going to get this money back they said 3-5 days now it’s 10 Use a reputable company

   Couldn't find the kitchen doors I needed to replace an existing door - Kitchen Door Hub had the exact ones amongst a vast variety of doors. The customer service team were exceptional, even picking up on the fact that I had made a mistake on my order.    The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Elly was brilliant, communicating right from my first mail, which saved some issues with the sizes I ordered, before it went for manufacture. I am certainly no kitchen fitter but have done a bit of DIY in the past. The units were really easy to work with and very solid. We have just had an extension and turned our old kitchen into a utility room. I cant recommend these guys enough!!

   Avoid at all costs!!! Put an order in with them. I was very clear with everything i needed. This included a 300mm broom unit and door. In the original order, the member of staff didn't include the width of the unit, just the door. I approved thinking it was fairly common sense that they would be the same size. The whole process was quite torturous. The sales person was incompetent, they kept dropping things off the order, that I had to keep trying to pick up (it was quite a big order) In the end, they send me a 300mm door and 600mm unit. More annoyingly, they wouldn't take it back, even though they admitted it was 'partly' their mistake. They charged me full price for the replacement unit and now I'm stuck with this unit that i have to dispose of myself (they won't even collect at a cost). Mistakes happen, which is fine, and this was 100% theirs, but instead of admitting and making it right, they stood their ground and made me foot the bill. Over and above this, several items didnt arrive (i'm still waiting on these). Their communication is poor. Just a shoddy outfit in general. Save yourself time, money and energy and go somewhere else.

   Poor excuse of a company. Definitely wouldn’t recommend purchasing from their website. Ordered a kitchen drawer organiser when it arrived it wouldn’t fit in my drawer. On the website it only specifies the width, not being an expert I assumed it was one size fits all kind of thing, that the width was the only measurement you needed to take into account. Anyway, to return the item they want to charge me a 15% restocking fee?!? I mentioned that the measurements on the websites weren’t clear and was basically told that it was my fault that I should of called the office to confirm. Maybe you should make the measurements clear on the website! Poor customer service.
