   I phoned about a part, got told someone else needs to phone up as not my name on account which is fair enough. The bloke on the phone was rude and hung up. Ive used them before, usually ok, wont be calling again.

   Cannot believe that anyone would begin to think about employing Nasser. After a number of calls and orders it seems that if he can't be bothered to deal with the enquiry he simply hangs up the call. After speaking to other members of the team it is apparent he has a reputation for hanging up on customers! Won't be using TPS again.
