   Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I originally brought my Ford Transit in for a wheel refurbishment and they did such a good job that I ended up returning for a second set a few months later. First time I’ve refurbished the wheels in gloss white and the second time in Lamborghini Bronze. Both times the wheels came back looking brand new — perfect finish, quick turnaround, and really professional communication throughout. More recently I decided to upgrade to a new set of wheels and they took the time to show me different options, explain the differences, and make sure I chose something that actually suited the van. No pressure, no upselling — just genuinely helpful advice. The new wheels look incredible and completely transformed the van. Just take a look at the photos attached. You can tell these guys care about their work. Quality, honesty, and customer service are on point. Highly recommend to anyone needing wheel refurbishment or looking for a new set of alloys. 5 stars all day.

   Being totally honest, if I could give this company MORE stars, I would (and I'm NOT employed by them!!). I am a very proud owner of a 2013 BMW M3 convertible (the one with the V8 engine) and, as hopefully can be seen in the photos that I've attached to this review, Johnny (the owner) and his colleagues have left my car really looking like new again. This is the first time that I have used JR Alloys to refurbish my wheels and, although hopefully I will not need to refurbish them again, if I ever need to, I would NOT even consider using any other company!! I was recommended JR Alloys by my local BMW garage and was told that they were "one of the best in the country" - something that I now totally agree with too. Their telephone manner made me feel totally understood, they provided me with a spare set of wheels whilst mine were being refurbished and my wheels were returned to me in just a few days - all at a very competitive price too !! Sadly, I didn't ask the name of the "young lady" in reception but, as with Johnny, I was made to "feel at home" and would like to thank her too for her courtesy. Don't think twice if you need a PERFECT refurbishment to your wheels - for me, there is now only one company I would ever consider using for this task. Thank you once again Johnny (and his colleagues) for having put a huge smile on my face :-)

   I was on the hunt for alloy refurbishment for about 6 months and stumbled upon JR Alloys through a car review channel. Initially, I thought they might be one of those 'spray can repair' places that charge a lot for a short-term fix. But after messaging them, I got a call from a super knowledgeable guy who really understood my needs. He didn't try to sell me anything, which I appreciated. Instead, he listened and made some great suggestions. When I visited, I was amazed by the variety of colours and finishes available. I decided on a powder coating with a unique Grey/Bronze metallic finish. They even gave me temporary wheels for four days and kept me updated throughout the process. On collection day, I was blown away – the alloys looked way better than I expected!

   Isabella was absolutely fantastic — her customer service was outstanding and truly overwhelming in the best way. Overall, the alloy wheel refurbishment went very smoothly. The team managed to fix three buckled alloys, and the quality of the refurbishment was fantastic. The results were nearly perfect; the only minor issue was that the colour turned out slightly darker than what I originally chose. Apart from that, everything else was perfect. Highly recommend JR Alloy Wheels for their professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent service.

   I've been meaning to write this review for a while, but my god ...what fantastic service from the guys at JR Auto Centre. My diamond cut alloy wheels were totally ruined from water getting under the lacquer. I approached Jonny and the team who were helpful and knowledgeable from the start. They made it very clear that they would get them as good as possible, but with the corrosion, it would be hard to get perfect. HOWEVER, I think they were as amazed as I was when they were finished. Better than new! Couldn't recommend these guys enough! Such a reasonable cost for such a professional service as well.

   Sergio and Johnny are Great. Good Hardworking team and Excellent alloys refurbishment service. Had my AMG 20s refurbed and they came out to be just fantastic. Cant fault anything!! They kept me in the loop on progress and were very clear on pricing. Job was finished before the estimated time given. I would definitely use again! Thank you guys!
