Brilliant supplies, reasonable pricing and the staff are great - only thing is there is quite a long wait time in the store. Only one staff at the desk and took me about 20 mins to get a simple collection.

I ordered a part online and got a notification email stating order is ready for collection. However, when arrived to pick it up I was told it had been sold prior to my arrival. Had to return next day - total waste of time.
Simon should be main store manager. Very good customer service Puts GSF on the line Shane and Faiz always manage to convince me to buy for them. Simon works with his heart and I would expect to him be the whole store manager or regional manager.
I go here because the kingston branch closed down. If you know what you want or go on line, its great. I was surprised they had on the shelf a coolant cap for a vw t4 transporter 2001 along with the usual consumerables.

Very good service on the phones and desk. Know their stuff when asked and always quick to help if the parts provided happen to be wrong for the vehicle. Only problem we have experienced is the delivery times can sometimes be over 2 hours from time of order to arrival.
