   Took my Vauxhall Grandland for extensive repairs following collision with an underground car park pillar and damage to side doors, door handle and rear panels. It was quite severe with the door panel being badly caved in, requiring complete replacement . BRM were brilliant, provided me same day valuation for work, I was able to book a slot within next 2 weeks. The work took took just over a week but results speak for themselves. Very professional service throughout, including car being valeted as a nice touch. Highly recommended.

   Fabulous job!!!! The rear wing of my car had been badly scratched in an incident. It now looks like brand new. It was an insurance job and I was advised to go to BRM .. I experienced super service from the moment my car was dropped off wonderful communication. The rental car was waiting for me when I dropped the car off and Nigel saw to it that the rental car was collected when I picked my vehicle up. Seemless.. I would like to thank the whole team for a job well done.

   Thank you to Nigel, Jan and the team at BRM for excellent service. Our insurer (Hastings) and Repair middleman (Vizion) were absolutely rubbish and unnecessarily delayed our fix however BRM were amazing and thank you again for persevering and communicating with the insurer on our behalf when we were unable to get through to them. The quality of the work that BRM did was incredible and top class (replacement of a whole customised back door of a hybrid Toyota Rav4). I can't recommend BRM highly enough.
