What a fantastic company. Have just had fitted wardrobes in 3 bedrooms and a media unit in my lounge . My home is transformed . The whole experience from start to finish was fab. The designer Paul had lots of product knowledge and was able to give us exactly what we wanted for our master bedroom wardrobes, with no flannel, the surveyor Tony was also superb, as a former joiner I was able to fit the wardrobes myself and his measures were spot on and his designed drawing helped a lot. Overall I have to give them 10/10 for service, price and quality.
Not a happy experience. Electrician has left our kitchen in a shambles on Saturday and left huge holes that he was supposed to repair as part of the job, after changing day from last Wednesday to Saturday gone he came and was supposed to stay all day to finish, after 2 hours he cleared off and has left us in a position we can't even get cupboards in as he's left walls in such a state. We removed old cupboards ourselves to prepare and get job ready and had kitchen walls in top top condition. We have been waiting 5 months and they were to start this week and now they won't answer calls. We are going to have to involve Trading Standards now. AVOID AVANTI AT ALL COSTS FOR ANYTHING
We have recently had a complete kitchen replacement by Avanti. Only a small kitchen but that doesn't make it any less stressful! As an habitual "do it yourselfer" with very strict standards I admit to dreading the whole process! However, from the very start with Simon the designer, through numerous changes of mind & modifications to our design, through Alan the final surveyor to the day the fitters came we were treated with the utmost patience and courtesy. I need not have concerned myself because Darren the fitter and then Glen the tiler had work standards that were even stricter than my own. The result is a new kitchen that, in truth, surpasses our own hopes and expectations. Thank you Avanti.
Poor service especially follow up and sorting out problems. The company does not issue invoices for products sold even on repeated request. I was charged for a shower head 3 months ago and still waiting for it to be delivered. Kitchen doors delivered without appropriate hinges which I purchased. Vitra flush plate and frame delivered without electronic kit to install. I had to purchase from somewhere else and still await refund from Avanti. The list is endless. I spent over £30k with them on kitchen, wardrobe and bathroom. Not very happy at all.
My mother in law had her bathroom done two years now and she is having to replace the toilet as the slow close seat broke and as the toilet is a sealed design toilet will have to be removed. How stupid a design..the cupboards doors were soon off the hinges. Tried ringing to complain but with lockouts got no reply. She paid for a shower an the glass was not measured properly. It means all these things will need replacing , yes wear n tear considered, but to be thinking of whole re do after just 2 years?... mother in law in 80s so doesn't want a fuss but after paying out more than £7000 for a new bathroom you'd expect it to be still OK after 2 years.sorry Advanti but had to be honest.
We recently had our kitchen done by Avanti and couldn't be happier! From start to finish they guided us through the design process to give us an amazing kitchen that fitted perfectly into the space we had. Such good value for money and completed on time to a brilliant standard. Thank you Avanti!!
