   As promised, my high gloss white kitchen is excellent quality. Steve came up with some good ideas when planning the kitchen to keep within my budget. The fitters Luke and Christian were courteous and accommodating with a good humoured approach. I would recommend iPlan Kitchens.

   Had my kitchen planned, designed, supplied and installed by iplan. Nothing was too much trouble, I was kept informed all the way to the end. Kitchen is top quality and got everything in I needed. Very pleased with result and have no hesitation in recommending them.

   Recommended by a friend of a friend the whole experience of replacing our kitchen with iPlan Kitchens was a pleasure. Steve designed a new layout and was obliging and patient throughout the process helping us to choose the best options for our needs. The delivery arrived on time as planned, with everything we ordered. We especially love the quality of the units and all the appliances fit and work perfectly too. A special thanks to Mark the fitter whose attention to detail made the whole installation process look easy, which I'm sure it wasn’t. We're really pleased with the finished look, the layout and the extra storage space we now have; we would highly recommend iPlan Kitchens to our friends and family.

   Fabulous design for a really awkward kitchen space. As promised the quality of the units are of very high standard. It was easy to make amendments during the planning phase. Steve was easy to contact at every stage of planning and fitting my kitchen.

   I made a big mistake by choosing iPlan Kitchens. They are the most unprofessional and shambolic company I have ever dealt with, This was “project managed” meaning that all of the preparation before the kitchen was installed was arranged and undertaken by iPlan directors (according to Companies House) Steve Tyler and Rick Savage. Steve Tyler also provided a kitchen fitter. The plasterers who were subcontracted by Rick Savage arrived and began drinking the beer I left them as a tip for when they finished the job . They damaged the archways in the kitchen and as they used the living room window to enter and exit the property instead of using the door they damaged a grid located under the window. After consulting with 3 plasterers who all said it was the worst plastering they had ever seen and taking into account the damage caused to my property I had to sack them. This caused a knock on effect as the kitchen installer was booked. Steve Tyler tried to force me into accepting the job they had done claiming that I was in breach of contract. It became that bad that the plasterer that I was going to employ had to call Steve Tyler to tell him to back off as the plastering had to be redone. This is when the alarm bells started to ring. I employed my own plasterers , kitchen fitter and tiler. The plasterers done an excellent job correcting the damage and also undertook the tiling of the kitchen floor. The kitchen fitter supplied by Steve Tyler said it would take between 2 - 3 weeks to install. As I had a holiday booked I therefore employed a kitchen fitter that could complete the job in a week. On learning this Steve Tyler said that his kitchen installer could also do it in a week?! On the delivery of the kitchen itself most of the units were covered in dirt and dust and some units had scuff marks, a black paint mark and a chip in base of one of the units. One unit had a large dent in the corner. Some panels were missing, 2 of which were sent out to me the other ones Steve Tyler initially refused to send out but were also delivered eventually. On delivery my kitchen fitter logged and took pictures of the damaged units and I notified Steve Tyler of these damages by e-mail, well within the time limit specified in iPlans T&C’s . This e-mail was ignored but eventually he came out to inspect the damage. On inspecting the damage Steve Tyler became aggressive and confrontational , screaming at me that he was not going to replace one of the units when I asked him to inspect the others he simply said that he didn’t want to. As he left my property he shouted “remember I know where you live”. This threat was heard by my neighbours and I notified the Police. The behaviour was appalling throughout this project and I have all the documented evidence and witnesses to pursue a legal case in order to get the units repaired or replaced.
