   Shocking! I would not recommend to anyone. A small 5 unit kitchen took over 3 months with issues at every step, starting with false promises in the showroom. Delays with surveyor, asking for money before surveyor had been. Ripper outers damaged property, invaded privacy by going into garages, left blood over our boiler and live electrics under dripping pipes and did not rip out everything they were supposed to, before demanding more money than the quote given. Plasterer made an incredible mess, leaving our quarry tiled floors covered even though we explained we were keeping the floor. I was assured the plaster would come off as it was water soluble. Ourselves and Pete have tried to clean the floor but it still has plaster engrained in it. We told him not to bother again, just wanted people out of our house. Measurements taken for the cabinets were wrong as we were left with large gaps when our aga was put in, although we already had the aga and said it was going in. Cupboards had to be moved. This was clearly not ideal so I did agree to just moving one. Cupboards did not come protected and we were missing cornices that had been discussed in the showroom. When first booking the kitchen, we asked for a tiler. Again, told no problem but it came as a shock to Pete the project manager and clearly a hasty substitute was found. This was abysmal. The tiling was atrocious. We didn't want him to come back but Pete said he had to have the opportunity to put it right. We weren't comfortable but agreed as given no other option. The tiler had to re do a substantial amount but has left broken tiles in doing so. I could not face him coming back and with no other option we have been left with broken tiles and tile dust ingrained in units. Pete again had to clean but ended up replacing one door. The others are not perfect but will have to do. The housing for the extractor fan is chipped by the tiler and not fixed. The first time I used the washing machine, it didn't work. Admittedly Pete did get someone out fairly quickly and it turned out that grout was blocking the pipes. There were continuous communication issues, suffice to say we got absolutely fed up with having to keep reporting problems ( I have not listed them all in this write up) that we gave up. We have been left with issues but we can no longer be bothered. I would say that the electricians and the plumber were very good. I was asked not to put a review on until someone in the showroom rang to speak to us, have they, no. No surprise there. This is the first review I have ever written for anything, such is the strength of feeling I have for this company. I genuinely feel I have been cheated out of my new kitchen.

   Be wary of this company. I had an initial design call with Clark Barnaby after sending him my kitchen plans. We had another online design call scheduled a week later. He didn't show up. I also haven't received any email as to why he didn't show up. Being ghosted by a kitchen company is a first.

   My brother had his kitchen from here, so when it was our time for a new kitchen this was the one place I needed to go. Michelle is brilliant. She was very helpful and gave very good advice and we absolutely loved her design. Just can't wait now for it to be delivered.

   I purchased a Kitchen from these guys and have just completed installing this. Sales process was excellent and was made to feel comfortable from the off. Delivery was on time and the phone calls beforehand was brilliant. Customer Service is the best by far nothing is too much hassle, they really do help you at every step of the way. The quality of the products is excellent. Couldnt recommend this company enough. Excellent and the best around.

   Appalling customer service, left all our details and requirements and was promised a detailed quote/design after driving an hour to the Brierley Hill showroom. Had to call numerous times for updates and was constantly fobbed off. Last we were promised to be contacted after christmas, it's now February and heard nothing. Be warned!
