   I ordered a sensor from them based on my vehicle registration, unfortunately received a wrong part which won't fit to our van, they won't accept a return for thier negligence. Staffs are very rude in respond to deal with the matter. I am a trade customer, I normally use the Edgeware branch, and I will continue using the Edgeware branch, avoiding the Alperton Partplus......

   Decent parts, but the service is poor. Management is appalling. They can’t deal with an escalation. Staff can’t be bothered to put effort in. Needs a whole new staff revamp.

   Parts plus Alperton is the worst ever experience in car parts shopping that you can have. Absolutely awful customer service with no respect to customer. The staff are totally not professional and don't have enough knowledge about the parts. They ordered the wrong part twice costing me a fortune with the mechanic. There's no manager in the branch to complain to. Avoid at all cost.

   Can never get through and when I do they act like they can't hear me and cut the call. Can never get through after 5pm even though they close at 5.30pm. Waste of time calling.

   Totally useless. The staff and the incompetent manager just don’t have a clue. Took our car in for a simple break fluid repair and they wanted to charge us even though we were within warranty period. Moreover, they failed to spot the issue during servicing which occurred a few weeks ago.Customer service is extremely poor, don’t bother waste your time or money there! Be warned. This place is not even worth 1 star and should be shut down as they have no customer service skills, nor do they care about their customers.
